FAQ Management
FAQ Management lets you create and organize a list of frequently asked questions and answers for your website.
Overview
Maintain a list of FAQ items, each with a question, an answer, and an optional category. Items can be reordered, activated, or deactivated to control which questions appear and in what sequence.
Navigation
Open CMS > FAQ from the sidebar.
Page Layout
- Add Item button (top right) - Create a new FAQ item
- FAQ List - Each item is a collapsible card showing the question, its category (if set), and an Active/Inactive status badge
When there are no items yet, the page shows a "No FAQ items" empty state prompting you to add your first item.
Click an FAQ card's header to expand it and reveal the answer plus the item actions.
FAQ Item Fields
Each FAQ item has these fields:
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Question | Yes | The question being asked |
| Answer | Yes | The full answer (multi-line text) |
| Category | No | A free-text category label (e.g. General, Billing, Support) |
Each item also has a position (display order) and an Active/Inactive status, both managed from the list rather than from the form.
Common Tasks

- In the Add FAQ Item dialog, fill in:
- Question (required)
