Can't log in?

How do I reset my password?

  • Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  • Enter your email address
  • Check your email for reset instructions

Where do I find reports?

How do I export data?

  • Look for the Export button (usually shows as ⬇️ or 📥)
  • Choose your format (Excel, PDF, or CSV)
  • Click Download

Common Issues & Solutions

Browser Issues

  • Recommended Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari
  • Clear Cache: Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)
  • Enable JavaScript: Required for ANTE to work properly

Performance Issues

  • Check your internet connection
  • Close unnecessary browser tabs
  • Log out and log back in
  • Contact IT if problems persist

Data Issues

  • Can't find data: Check your filters and date ranges
  • Wrong data showing: Refresh the page (F5)
  • Missing permissions: Contact your administrator
