On the go? You can raise a concern and track your tickets right from the ANTE Mobile app — see Filing a Concern. Tapping a ticket link (e.g. from an email) now opens it correctly on your phone — signing in first if needed, then landing you on the ticket instead of the dashboard.
When Contacting Support, Provide:
- Your username
- Module you're using
- What you were trying to do
- Any error messages you saw
- Screenshots if possible
Deleting a Ticket You Submitted
Once a ticket you submitted is marked Resolved or Closed, open it to see a Delete button next to Reopen in the ticket's details panel.
- Only you (the submitter) can delete your ticket, and only after it's Resolved or Closed.
- Clicking Delete asks "Delete this ticket?" to confirm before doing anything.
- Deleting is permanent — it removes the entire conversation and any attached files for everyone, including support staff. This cannot be undone.
- Tickets left Resolved or Closed for more than 30 days are automatically deleted by the system, so save or note anything you need before then.
- This works the same way in the ANTE Mobile app — open the ticket, tap the info button, and use Delete in Ticket details.
