ANTE User ManualOnline Accounts
The Online Accounts page shows a live list of every user account that is currently connected (online) across all companies in the system. Use it to see at a glance who is signed in right now, which company and role they belong to, and when their session started.

This page lives in the Developer portal and is only available to users with developer privileges.
Where to Find It
In the Developer portal sidebar, open the Overview group and click Online.
Page Layout
The Online Accounts page shows a single table titled "Currently connected accounts across all companies". Every row is a user account that is online at the moment you load the page.
If no one is currently connected, the table shows the message "No accounts are currently online".
Search
Search the table by:
- Name
- Username
Filters
Filter the table by:
- Company — pick a company to show only the online accounts that belong to it. The company list is searchable.
Table Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Full Name | The account's profile photo (or initials if no photo) alongside the person's full name |
| Username | The account's login username |
| The account's email address | |
| Role | The role assigned to the account |
| Company | The company the account belongs to |
| Status | Always shows an Online badge, since the page only lists connected accounts |
| Connected Since | The date and time the account's current session began |
The table is sorted by Full Name (A–Z) by default. You can sort by Full Name, Username, Email, Company, or Connected Since by clicking the column header.
Common Tasks
Checking Who Is Online Right Now
- Open the Developer portal sidebar, Overview group, and click Online.
- Review the table — every row is a user who is currently signed in.
- The Connected Since column tells you when each person's session started.
Finding a Specific Person
- On the Online Accounts page, choose what to search by — Name, Username, or Email.
- Type the search term. The table updates to show matching online accounts.
Seeing Who Is Online in One Company
- Use the Company filter.
- Search for and select the company you want.
- The table now shows only the online accounts belonging to that company.
Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Online | The account currently has an active session |
📌 Tip: This page lists only accounts that are connected at the moment. Accounts that have signed out do not appear here.
