There is no Reward Rollback Monitor in the current ANTE system. The application has no reward-points transaction monitor, rollback queue, transaction error log, or any "Developer → Tools → Reward Rollback Monitor" screen.
This page previously described a feature that does not exist and has been removed to avoid confusion.
What the system actually offers
If you were looking for reward-related functionality, the system provides reward configuration under the POS area instead:
- Rewards — set up the loyalty rewards customers can redeem.
- Reward Groups — organize rewards into groups.
These are configuration screens for defining rewards. They are not a monitoring or rollback tool.
