Reward Groups
A reward group describes a wallet-to-wallet conversion for customers who qualify: it names a source wallet, a destination wallet and a conversion rate, and holds the qualifying rules for each membership tier. Each time a distribution runs, the group records who qualified, who did not and how much was paid. You reach it at Point of Sale → Rewards Management → Reward Groups.

Reward Group Details
The group page has three tabs, and the buttons at the top right are Activate or Deactivate, Edit (the same dialog as adding) and Delete.
A group that already has distributions cannot be deleted. Deactivate it instead, and its distribution history stays.
Overview shows the Group Information (Name, Description, Status, Created By, Created At) and the Conversion Settings (From Wallet, To Wallet, Conversion Rate, Total Distributed).
Rules
The Rules tab decides which customers qualify. Pick a membership on the left, then use Add Rule to add rules for it, and click Save Rules to keep them. The number beside each membership is how many rules it has. A membership with no rules qualifies automatically.
The cross on a rule card removes it.
Distributions
A list of every distribution run for the group, with its Date Range, Clients, Total Reward, Status, Created By and Date. Click a row to open the full-screen breakdown. It shows Total Clients, Total Reward, Status and Created By, then two tabs: Qualified Entries and Unqualified Entries, each listing the Client, Membership and From Balance (qualified entries also show the reward and its status).
Use the Unqualified Entries tab to answer "why did this customer not get paid?" and compare the customer against the group's rules.
How It Connects
Set up first
- Wallet Management — the source and destination wallets, and any wallet used in a balance rule, must exist first.
- Customer Membership — rules are set per membership tier.
Gets its data from
- Rewards — rewards pay customers into wallets, which a group can then convert onward.
