Rewards
A reward is a program that pays a customer into one of their wallets when something happens: they refer a friend, buy something, or build a binary downline. Rewards is where you create those programs, choose the wallet each one pays into, and set the amounts per membership tier. You reach it at Point of Sale → Rewards Management → Rewards.
Reward List
The list shows Reward, Type, Wallet, Total Distributed and Status. Search by name, and click a row to open the reward or Add Reward to create one.
Reward Types
| Type | What it pays | What you configure |
|---|---|---|
| Referral Reward | A fixed amount when a customer refers another. | The Referral Matrix: an amount for each referrer-membership and referee-membership combination. |
| Purchasing Rebate | A percentage back on what a customer buys. | A Reward Basis and a Rebate Percentage (%) per membership. |
| Multilevel Referral Reward | Referral amounts that reach several levels up the referral chain. | The same matrix as Referral, one per level. |
| Multilevel Purchase Reward | Purchase commissions that reach several levels up the referral chain. | A Reward Basis and a commission percentage matrix per level. |
| Pairing Bonus | A bonus for each balanced pair of points in a binary tree. | Three wallets and a per-membership table of pairing rules. |
Adding a Reward
- Open the form
Click Add Reward.
- Fill in the detailsReward Name*textWhat the program is called.DescriptiontextOptional note.Reward Type*dropdownOne of the five types above. It cannot be changed after the reward is created.Target Wallet*dropdownThe wallet the reward pays into. Wallets are set up under Wallet Management.
- Save, then configure
Saving takes you back to the list. Open the new reward and use its Configuration tab to set the amounts. A new reward starts with an empty configuration, so set the amounts there and save.
Reward Details
The page has up to three tabs. Overview shows the Reward Information (Name, Description, Type, Wallet, Status, Created By, Created At) and a Distribution Summary with Total Distributed and the Transaction Count. Configuration holds the amounts. Distributions lists every payout.
The buttons at the top right are Activate or Deactivate (it switches according to the current state), Edit and Delete.
A reward that has already paid anyone cannot be deleted. Deactivate it instead, and its history stays in the Distributions tab.
Configuration: Referral Matrix
The grid has the Referrer membership down the side and the Referee membership across the top. Type the reward amount in each cell (it can have two decimals), then click Save Configuration.
Configuration: Purchasing Rebate
Configuration: Multilevel Referral and Multilevel Purchasing
These use the same grids as above, but with a tab for each level: Level 1, Level 2 and so on. Click Add Level to add one, or the cross on a level tab to remove it (the last level cannot be removed). Multilevel Purchasing also has the Reward Basis choice, and its cells are commission percentages.
Configuration: Pairing Bonus
Pick three wallets: Left Points Wallet, Right Points Wallet and Pairing Earnings Wallet. All three are required to save. Then fill in one row per membership:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Distribute Points | Points given to all the members above when someone joins the binary tree. |
| Pairing Amount | The amount earned for each pair. |
| Required Pair | The points needed on each side to form one pair (at least 1). |
| Max Pairs/Day | The most pairs paid in one day (at least 1). |
| Reset Time | The time of day the daily count starts again (default 00:00). |
| Points Reset | Tick to reset the points when the daily maximum is reached. |
Distributions
A read-only list of every payout under this reward: Recipient, Amount, Status, Trigger (what caused it), Level and Date. Search by recipient.
Editing a Reward
The edit form shows the Reward Name, Description and Target Wallet, with the Reward Type locked. Amounts are edited on the Configuration tab, not here, and switching a reward on or off is done with the Activate / Deactivate button on its page.
Build the membership tiers first. Every matrix is laid out by membership, so a reward can only be configured for tiers that already exist.
How It Connects
Set up first
- Customer Membership — every configuration grid has one row or column per membership tier.
- Wallet Management — a reward pays into a wallet you choose, so the wallets must exist first.
Feeds into
- Reward Groups — a reward group moves balances from one wallet to another, for example out of a wallet that a reward pays into.
