Viewing Your Students (Guardian App)
The Guardian App lets a parent or guardian view the students linked to their account. The Student Information screen shows every student you are connected to, and tapping a student opens a detailed view with their personal and academic information.
This screen is read-only. You can look up a student's details, but you cannot edit a student's record from here. To add a new student you scan a QR code; to correct any student information, contact the school.
Getting There
Open the Guardian App and sign in. From the bottom navigation, tap Student Information.
The screen header reads Student Information.
The Student List
At the top of the list you'll see My Students with a count of how many students are linked to your account (for example, My Students (2)), and a reminder: Tap on a student to view detailed information.
Each student appears as a card showing:
- Photo or initials — the student's profile photo if one is on file; otherwise their initials in a circle.
- Name — first name, middle name (if any), and last name.
- Student No — the student's student number.
- Grade level and section — shown when the student is assigned to a section (for example, Grade 5 - Sampaguita).
- Status badge — Active (green) or Inactive.
Tap any student card to open their full details.

Tips
- The information here comes from the school's records. If a name, birth date, LRN, grade, or section looks wrong, contact the school to have it corrected — it cannot be changed from the app.
- A student showing Inactive may have been unenrolled or removed from active status by the school. Reach out to the school if you believe this is a mistake.
- Each student is added by scanning their QR code, so make sure you have the correct student's QR code from the school before tapping Add New Student.
