My Employment Information

The My Employment Information widget on your Dashboard gives you a self-service view of your own HR records — personal details, job and banking information, shift schedule, allowances, documents, contract, government IDs, leave credits, deductions, and your time sheet. Each topic opens in its own detail dialog when you click Review.

Overview

My Employment Information is a widget on the Dashboard (reached at /dashboard). It shows ten read-only topics arranged in two columns. Each topic is a card with an icon, a title, a short subtitle describing what it contains, and a Review button on the right. Clicking a card (or its Review button) opens a dialog with that topic's details.

All of the data is your own — the widget always shows the records of the currently logged-in employee. The dialogs are for viewing only; there are no edit fields. The one exception is the bank account number on Job Details, which is masked and requires a password check before it can be revealed (see Viewing your full bank account number).

The ten topics are:

TopicWhat it covers
Employment DetailsPersonal & contact information, work assignment
Job DetailsBanking information, salary rates
My ShiftDaily time & weekly schedule, schedule assignment
AllowancesYour allowance assignments
DocumentationYour employment documents
Contract DetailsYour current employment contract
Government IDsTIN, SSS, HDMF, PHIC numbers
Service Incentive LeavesLeave balances and history
DeductionsRegular deductions and loans
Time SheetDaily time records for a cut-off period

Every dialog loads its data when you open it. While loading you'll see a spinner; if the load fails, the dialog shows a "failed to load" message with a Retry button. If you have no record for a topic, the dialog shows an empty-state message instead.

How to open a detail dialog

  1. Log in and go to your Dashboard (/dashboard).
  2. Find the My Employment Information widget.
  3. Click the Review button on the card for the topic you want (for example, Employment Details).
  4. The detail dialog opens. Review the information, then close the dialog to return to the Dashboard.

Common Tasks

Viewing your full bank account number

For security, your bank account number on Job Details is masked — only the last four digits are visible. To reveal it:

  1. Open Job Details from the My Employment Information widget.
  2. In the Banking Information section, click the eye icon next to the masked account number.
  3. The Verify Your Identity dialog appears with the message: "For security purposes, please enter your password to view sensitive information."
  4. Enter your account password and click Verify (or press Enter).
  5. On success, the full account number is revealed. Click the eye icon again to hide it.

Notes:

  • If the password is wrong, the dialog shows "Invalid password. Please try again." and you can retry.
  • The verification dialog can't be dismissed by clicking outside it or pressing Escape — use Cancel to close it.
  • Once you've verified during a session, you can hide and re-show the number without entering your password again.

Copying a government ID number

  1. Open Government IDs from the widget.
  2. Click the copy icon next to the TIN, SSS, HDMF, or PhilHealth number you want.
  3. The number is copied to your clipboard and the icon briefly changes to a checkmark to confirm.

Downloading an employment document

  1. Open Documentation from the widget.
  2. In the document table, click the download icon on the row for the file you want.
  3. The document opens in a new browser tab, from where you can save it.

Reviewing a different time-sheet cut-off

  1. Open Time Sheet from the widget.
  2. Use the Cut-off Period dropdown at the top of the dialog to select another period.
  3. The summary, attendance counts, and time logs refresh for the period you chose.
