ANTE User Manual

Dashboard Module

The Dashboard is your personal home page in ANTE. It is the first screen you see after logging in, and it pulls together your tasks, HR filing requests, attendance, payslips, announcements, and more into a single customizable view.

Overview

The Dashboard is built from widgets β€” self-contained panels you can show, hide, resize, and rearrange to suit how you work. It is reached at /dashboard, and logging in (or clicking the home/logo) always returns you here.

The layout has three parts:

  1. Counter cards β€” a row of small statistic cards at the top.
  2. Main area β€” the wide left/center column holding your work widgets (Task List, Quest Board, Request Panel, Announcements, Payslip, Attendance, Updates).
  3. Sidebar β€” the narrow right column holding quick-glance widgets (Time Tracker, Petty Cash, Calendar, Online Users, On Leave).

Your widget choices and arrangement are saved to your account, so the Dashboard looks the same the next time you log in.

Counter Cards

A row of statistic cards sits above the widgets. Four are shown by default:

  • Outstanding Requests β€” number of filing requests still pending action
  • Days Before Cut-off β€” days remaining until the next payroll cut-off
  • Leave Balance β€” your remaining leave credits
  • All Tasks β€” total tasks assigned to you

Four more counters are available and can be turned on while customizing the Dashboard (see Customizing Your Dashboard):

  • Pending Approvals
  • Overdue Tasks
  • Attendance Issues
  • Unread Alerts

Main Area Widgets

Task List

Your personal task list, with tabs across the top:

  • My Task β€” your active tasks
  • For Review β€” tasks you sent out and are awaiting review
  • Paused β€” tasks you've paused
  • Assigned β€” tasks assigned to you
  • Done β€” completed tasks
  • Collaborated β€” tasks you collaborate on

Each tab shows a count badge. Additional controls:

  • Source filter (funnel icon) β€” filter by where the task comes from: All, Project, Engagement, Process, or Standalone.
  • Drag to reorder β€” drag a task card up or down to set your own order; the order is saved.
  • Hover action β€” hovering an open task shows a quick Start Task or Mark as Done button.
  • Right-click menu β€” right-click a task for: Mark as Done, Send for Review (pick a reviewer), Pause / Resume, Delegate (pick a person), and Archive (only for tasks you created).
  • Click a task to open its full detail dialog.

Cards show a colored priority edge, the due date, and the project code where applicable.

Category icons: workflow-generated task titles show a small icon before the title instead of the raw reference-code prefix (for example [RFP-2026-001] or [OF-000014]) β€” hover the icon to see the code. An administrator sets the icon per process category from the Processes page.

Quest Board

Unclaimed tasks that have been tagged for your role or department but not yet assigned to anyone. When a task is offered to a group rather than a specific person, it appears on the Quest Board of everyone in that role or department β€” the first person to claim it becomes its owner.

Each open task is shown as a card with:

  • Title β€” the task name (hover to see the full title if it is long).
  • Group tag β€” the role or department the task is offered to. A role shows a badge icon; a department shows a building icon.
  • Due date β€” shown with a calendar icon when the task has one (tasks without a due date simply omit it).
  • Claim button β€” takes the task for you.

Click a card's title or details β€” anywhere except the Claim button β€” to preview the task before deciding whether to take it. This opens the same task detail dialog used throughout ANTE, including its real specialized form when the step has one (a Quotation, Purchase Request, Purchase Order, and so on) β€” the actual field values and line items already entered, not blank placeholders β€” so you can judge the work before taking it. Since you don't own the task yet, its usual action buttons (like Mark as Done) are hidden and replaced with a single Claim button. Claiming from inside the preview works exactly like claiming from the card: on success, the dialog updates in place to show the task as yours, with its normal actions now available.

To claim a task, click its Claim button. While the claim is processed the button reads Claiming…; on success you'll see a "Task claimed" confirmation, the task disappears from the Quest Board, and it moves into your Task List (My Task). Claiming is first-come, first-served β€” if a teammate beats you to it your claim fails with a message and the board refreshes so you can pick another.

When there are no unclaimed tasks for your role or department, the widget shows a flag icon with "No quests right now" and the note "Tasks tagged for your role or department will show up here when they need a volunteer."

If you have full administrator access, this Claim-first behavior applies only on the Quest Board itself β€” the one place claiming is the whole point. If you instead open the same unclaimed task from somewhere else (its workflow timeline, a task list, a notification), you see the task's normal action buttons right away and can act on it directly, without claiming it first. Everyone else always sees the Claim button on an unclaimed task, no matter where they open it from.

A task can also disappear from the Quest Board because the workflow step behind it was voided by a workflow cancellation rather than claimed β€” a voided step's task can no longer be claimed by anyone.

Request Panel

One combined list of your own requests β€” HR filing requests and, if you can raise purchase requests, your Purchase Requests too (the same access that used to open the standalone Assets β†’ My Purchase Requests page, now retired). Both kinds of request share the same tabs; there is no separate Filings/Requests toggle.

Tabs across the top:

  • Pending β€” filings awaiting a decision, plus purchase requests still running through their workflow.
  • Done β€” approved filings, plus purchase requests that have completed every step.
  • Rejected β€” rejected or cancelled filings. A purchase request that gets sent back stays in Pending β€” it never moves to Rejected.
  • Drafts β€” purchase requests you started but never submitted. This tab only appears if you can raise purchase requests.

These four tabs cover your OWN requests only. While the filter (see below) is set to Approved Filings or Approved Requests, the tab row is replaced by a single Approved by you label instead β€” those two views are a flat, newest-first list rather than a status-bucketed one. Switching the filter back to All, Filings, or Requests brings the tabs back.

Each card shows its type, a short description (dates, hours, time range, or the item count and total amount for a purchase request), and how long ago it was submitted. Rejected filings show the rejection reason. Click a filing card to view or edit the request; click a purchase-request card to open a read-only tracking view of its workflow timeline (the same view the full Purchasing page uses) β€” you can still cancel your own request from there (see below), but you cannot open its step tasks.

Two controls appear next to the tabs:

  • Filter (funnel icon) β€” narrow the list. Everyone gets All, Filings, and Approved Filings; if you can also raise purchase requests, two more options appear: Requests (purchase requests only) and Approved Requests. See Approved Filings and Approved Requests below for what the two Approved options show.
  • + (plus) β€” opens the add menu, listing every filing type:
    • Leave
    • Overtime
    • Official Business
    • Certificate of Attendance
    • Schedule Adjustment
    • Rest Day Work
If you can raise purchase requests, Purchase Request appears at the end of the menu too.

Selecting a filing type opens that filing form; selecting Purchase Request opens the same picker dialog as the floating + button's Purchase Request quick action. If you can't raise purchase requests, the panel shows only the filing rows β€” no Drafts tab, no Requests or Approved Requests filter option, and no Purchase Request option in the add menu.

Approved Filings and Approved Requests

These two filter options switch the panel into an approver view: things YOU personally approved for other people, instead of your own requests. While either is selected, the Pending/Done/Rejected/Drafts tabs are replaced by the Approved by you label described above.

  • Approved Filings β€” HR filing requests you personally approved, whether or not you are still set as that employee's designated approver (a Super Admin's approvals show here too, even for people outside their direct reports). Each row is prefixed with the filer's name (for example, "Jane Dela Cruz β€” Leave"). Click a row to open the same Filing Request dialog used for reviewing filings, now showing the decided (Approved) state; for an approved Leave filing, you can undo the decision from there with Revert Approval if you were the original approver, or if you're a Super Admin.
  • Approved Requests β€” purchase requests where you approved at least one step of the workflow. A multi-step purchase request can still appear here even while it's working through later steps, already completed, or (rarely) later rejected further down the line β€” the status badge on the card always reflects where the request stands now, not just the step you approved. Click a row to open the same read-only workflow tracker used elsewhere, but without the option to cancel it β€” a request you merely approved a step on is not yours to withdraw.

If you haven't approved anything yet, the panel shows "Nothing approved by you yet."

On the Drafts tab, click a draft to open a small dialog with two actions: Proceed (resumes the request form exactly where you left off) or Archive (discards the draft).

Payroll cut-off lock: Filing is blocked for dates that fall inside a payroll cut-off that has moved past the Timekeeping stage (i.e. the cut-off is at Pending, Processed, Approved, or Posted). When you select a date in a locked cut-off, a warning message appears inside the form β€” for example, "This cutoff (Jun 1 – Jun 15) is locked for payroll (Processed). Filing is no longer allowed." β€” and the Submit button is disabled. To correct an attendance issue for that period, contact HR.

If your payroll group or cut-off has not been set up yet, all filing is blocked with the message "Filing is not available yet β€” your payroll group / cutoff has not been set up. Please contact HR." Filing for dates in an open Timekeeping cut-off, or for future dates whose cut-off has not been generated yet, works normally.

Announcements

Company announcements published to you. Each entry shows the title and a content preview. Click an announcement to open it in full, where you can read the body, view attachments, and acknowledge it if acknowledgement is required.

Payslip Summary

Look up your payslips. Set a Date From and Date To to narrow the list β€” there's no button to click, filtering happens automatically as soon as you pick a date (each field also keeps you from picking a From date after the To date, or a To date before the From date). Matching payslips are listed with the cut-off period and payroll date, and more load automatically as you scroll down the widget. Click a payslip to open the Payslip Preview.

My Attendance

Two views, toggled with the calendar / list icons in the widget header:

  • List view ("Attendance Warnings") β€” lists attendance issues for the selected cut-off period. Use the cut-off dropdown to pick a period and the filter dropdown to narrow by All, Absent, or Overtime. Each warning offers two actions:
    • Ignore β€” dismiss the warning (you'll be asked to confirm; this can't be undone).
    • Resolve β€” file a correction. Overtime-only warnings open the Overtime form directly; other issues let you choose Official Business or Certificate of Attendance.
  • Calendar view ("My Attendance") β€” a monthly grid. Use the chevron arrows to move between months, and click any day to open its attendance detail dialog.

An unworked holiday doesn't appear in the list as a warning β€” it's neither a missing punch nor an absence, even though the day still counts toward holiday pay. If you did work the holiday, file a Certificate of Attendance (or clock in normally, if your shift has a fixed clock) so the hours are credited.

A day covered by only part of an approved leave (a Half Day filing) is classified as On Leave in both views β€” whether the other half of the day was actually worked or the employee never clocked in at all (see How an approved leave credits a day).

Forgot to clock out at a facial recognition device? If you scan in again and an earlier session was never timed out, the device either asks you to resolve it or β€” if that session has been left open more than 20 hours β€” automatically closes it and starts a fresh time-in for you. Either way, no hours are credited automatically: the earlier day is marked absent. File a Certificate of Attendance for that day to claim the hours you actually worked.

Updates

Your notifications feed, with tabs: For Action, Remind Later, Unread, All, and CC. Each item shows who triggered it, the related item, and how long ago it happened. You can Mark as Read an item or Mark all as read. Clicking a notification jumps to the related task, announcement, payslip, filing approval, or employee record.

My Employment Information

This widget is hidden by default β€” turn it on while customizing the Dashboard.

A grid of cards giving quick access to your HR details. Each card has a Review button that opens a read-only dialog:

  • Employment Details β€” Personal & Contact Information, Work Assignment
  • Job Details β€” Banking Information, Work Information
  • My Shift β€” Daily Time & Weekly Schedules, Schedule Assignment
  • Allowances β€” Allowance Assignment
  • Documentation β€” My Employment Documents
  • Contract Details β€” My employment contract, Contract History
  • Government IDs β€” TIN, SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth numbers
  • Service Incentive Leaves β€” Leave Summary, Leave Balances
  • Deductions β€” Regular Deduction, Loans
  • Time Sheet β€” Daily Time Records

Some sections (such as Job Details banking information) may ask you to verify your password before showing sensitive data.

Time Tracker

Track what you're working on and, when possible, your official time-in and time-out for the day. The widget is always available β€” to every employee and even to people with no employee record at all (for example a project manager account) β€” what changes is what a session counts toward. Shows Today's Total and a live running timer.

  • Click Start work to begin. Starting always requires a task β€” see Picking a task below.
  • While a session is running, the task you're on is shown next to the timer β€” together with its project or engagement, if it has one β€” with a switch icon beside it.
  • Click Stop work to end the session.
  • Click the history icon to open your time history.

Picking a task

You can't start the timer without picking what you're working on. Clicking Start work opens a "What are you working on?" dialog:

  • Your active tasks are listed; click one to start the timer on it, or type to search. Each row shows its project or engagement, if it has one.
  • If nothing matches, keep typing β€” a Start working on "…" button appears, so you can create the task on the spot and start tracking it immediately. A Link to field lets you tag the new task to None, a Project, or an Engagement β€” choosing Project or Engagement reveals a searchable dropdown of that type to pick from.
  • Pressing Enter in the search box picks the top match, or creates what you typed if there is no match.

While a session is running, click the switch icon next to the current task to open the same dialog (titled "Switch to another task") and change what you're tracking. Switching does not end the session β€” one time-in/time-out pair covers however many tasks you move between; only the task-level breakdown changes underneath it.

What a session counts toward

A second line under the timer states, in plain words, what the running (or most recent) session means:

  • "Timed in [time]" β€” a real attendance time-in/time-out is being recorded and will reach your DTR and payroll. This needs an employee record, a schedule with Time Tracker enabled (Manpower β†’ Scheduling β†’ Schedule Management), and, if your company restricts clocking to specific networks, being on an allowed network.
  • "Timed in at the kiosk β€” time out there" β€” you already have an open facial-recognition kiosk punch for today; the session links to it instead of opening a second one. End your day at the kiosk, not from this widget.
  • "Task time only - not counted for attendance" β€” shown whenever attendance isn't possible (no employee record, your schedule doesn't have Time Tracker on, or you're off an allowed network). The clock keeps running and the time is still logged against the task, but it never reaches your DTR or payroll. People with no employee record always see this.

If your company requires a face photo to clock (attendance sessions only): clicking Start work or Stop work opens a camera dialog titled "Photo required to clock." Center your face in the frame and click Capture, then Use photo to confirm and submit the clock event. Click Retake to try again, or Cancel to close the dialog without clocking. If your browser has blocked camera access or no camera is found, an error message is shown β€” you must allow camera access in your browser before clocking. This step is skipped for "task time only" and kiosk-linked sessions.

If your company restricts clocking to specific networks: starting from a non-whitelisted IP address no longer blocks you β€” the session simply becomes "task time only" instead of attendance. Contact your HR administrator to have your network address added to the allowed list if you need the hours to count.

The header timer

Once a session is running, a small pulsing timer also appears in the app header, on every page β€” not only the Dashboard. Hover it to see the task, its project, and the attendance line; click it to jump straight to the task.

"Are you still working?"

If a session goes about an hour without any activity in ANTE, the header timer shows a "Still working?" prompt the next time you're back in the app, wherever you are:

  • Yes, I'm still working on it β€” the whole gap is credited and the session keeps running.
  • No, I stopped at [time] β€” the session, and your attendance time-out if it's an attendance session, is closed at the moment you were last active β€” not at the moment you answer.

This prompt can't be dismissed by clicking away or pressing Escape, and it blocks starting a new timer until you answer it. If you never come back to answer it, an overnight process eventually freezes the session at your last recorded activity and credits the work up to that point.

Time that runs past midnight is credited in full β€” a session isn't cut off at the day boundary anymore.

Petty Cash

Shows your petty cash standing if you hold a petty cash fund:

  • Remaining Balance (actual balance minus pending liquidation)
  • Petty Cash Amount (actual balance; an info icon notes any pending liquidation)

If a fund was just assigned to you, the widget instead shows "Petty cash assigned to you" with a Confirm Receipt button. Click it once you have physically received the cash β€” this activates the fund. Until you confirm, liquidations and refill requests stay disabled.

Click the open-in-new icon to open the Petty Cash Details dialog (Overview, History, Liquidations, Refill Requests). From there you can Submit Liquidation (a receipt-first dialog β€” attach a photo and AI fills in the details for you, or enter manually) or Request Refill (amount and reason; disabled while you already have an open request). The Refill Requests tab lists your own requests and lets you cancel one while it is still awaiting approval. If you hold no petty cash, the widget shows "No petty cash assigned."

Calendar

A mini month calendar. Use the chevron arrows to change months and click a date to select it. The + (plus) button opens a small menu (Event, Meeting, Task).

Online Users

Shows who is currently online in your company. Each person's dot is green normally, and turns red the moment their Time Tracker is running on a task β€” busy, not just online.

While someone's timer is running, a line appears under their role: "Working on γ€ˆtask title〉 Β· γ€ˆelapsed time〉" β€” for example, "Working on Fix login bug Β· 12m". The elapsed time updates live and resets whenever they switch to a different task. Hover the line to see the full task title together with its project name.

The status clears the moment that person stops or switches their timer, or if the overnight process closes their unanswered session for them (see Are you still working?) β€” for everyone in the company watching this widget, in real time, with no page refresh needed. This status is visible company-wide: anyone who can see the Online Users widget sees what a colleague is currently working on.

Viewing a Colleague's Profile

Click anyone in the list to open their profile. This is the same company-wide visibility as the rest of the widget β€” no special permission is needed, and it never shows attendance, filing, or leave data, only task and time-tracker activity.

A colleague's profile β€” the header (photo, name, role) stays visible while you switch tabs

A photo, name, and role stay pinned at the top while you switch between six tabs (opening a different person's profile always lands back on the first one):

  • Overview β€” what they're currently working on, if their timer is running, plus their Email, Contact, and Joined date.
  • Allocation β€” their tracked time broken down by Projects and Engagements, with a total and a From/To date range (defaults to the last 7 days).
  • Tasks β€” their open tasks grouped into Overdue, Today, This Week, Next Week, Later, and No Due Date, plus what they completed in the last 7 days. Click a task to open it, or View all tasks to jump to the full task list filtered to them.
  • Time β€” a day-by-day table of tracked time (Day, Tracked, Sessions, Tasks) over the same date range, with a total and a running marker on any day that still has an open session.
  • Activity β€” a chronological feed of their actions (task completions, comments, and similar events), with a Load more button.
  • Stats β€” completion rate, open task count, overdue count, tasks completed in the last 7 days, estimated vs. completed hours, and a per-project completion breakdown.

The minutes shown in Allocation and Time come from the task timer only β€” the same figures as Time Tracker Logs. They are never attendance or payroll hours.

On Leave

Shows who in the company is on approved leave today and over the next 3 days, grouped under day headings β€” Today, Tomorrow, then the weekday and date (e.g. Thu, Jul 31) for the remaining days. Days when nobody is out are left off the list.

The widget's header shows a count of people out today only β€” for example, "On Leave (3)".

Each row shows the person's photo (or initials), name, and role. A badge appears next to a row when relevant:

  • Half day (AM) / Half day (PM) β€” the person is out for only half that day.
  • Until (a date, e.g. Fri, Aug 1) β€” the leave spans more than one day; the date shown is the last day of the leave.

The leave type is never shown β€” this widget is visible to every employee, so whether someone is on vacation or sick leave is kept private. A leave that started before today still shows up under Today as long as it hasn't ended yet.

If nobody is on leave in the next few days, the widget shows "No one is on leave."

My Schedules

This widget is hidden by default β€” turn it on while customizing the Dashboard.

A scrolling list of your upcoming Calendar events β€” your own events, ones you're invited to, department events, company-wide events, and events mirrored from a connected Google calendar. Events are grouped under section headers, in order: Today, Tomorrow, This Week (the rest of the week through Saturday), and Later (anything beyond this week, including later dates in the current month). A group is only shown when it has events in it. Rows are compact: entries under Today/Tomorrow omit the date (the section header already carries it), This Week rows show the weekday, and Later rows show the full date. All-day events show All day in place of a time range. Each entry also shows the location when the event has one.

Use the filter dropdown to narrow the list: All (the next 9 days), Today, This Week, or This Month. Click any schedule in the list to open a read-only event details view, showing the title, date, time and duration, location, who it's saved to, the creator, and attendees (when shared with specific people); click Close to dismiss it. To edit an event, open it from the Calendar page instead β€” the dashboard view is read-only. Click the + button in the widget header to open the Calendar page. If the schedules fail to load, the widget shows an error message instead of the list.

Customizing Your Dashboard

The Dashboard layout is fully editable.

Step 1 β€” Enter edit mode

Press F9 to toggle edit mode. A floating edit bar appears at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2 β€” Rearrange and resize widgets

While in edit mode, each widget shows a small control strip:

  • Drag handle β€” drag a widget to a new position (and between the main area and sidebar).
  • Size toggle (main-area widgets only) β€” switch a widget between half width and full width.
  • Hide (Γ—) β€” remove the widget from your Dashboard.

Step 3 β€” Add hidden widgets

Click Add Widget in the edit bar to open the hidden-widgets panel. Drag any hidden widget onto the main area or sidebar to bring it back.

Step 4 β€” Save or discard

In the edit bar:

  • Reset β€” restore the default layout.
  • Cancel β€” discard your changes and exit edit mode.
  • Done β€” save your layout and exit edit mode.

Common Tasks

Filing a request

  1. In the Request Panel widget, click the + (plus) button.
  2. Choose a type: Leave, Overtime, Official Business, Certificate of Attendance, Schedule Adjustment, or Rest Day Work.
  3. Fill in the form and submit.
  4. Track it under the Pending tab; once acted on, it moves to Done or Rejected.

If the Submit button is disabled: the date you selected falls inside a cut-off that is already locked for payroll processing. A warning message in the form explains which cut-off period is locked and its current status. You cannot file or edit a request for those dates β€” contact HR to handle the correction.

"An approved filing already covers this time range" (Certificate of Attendance / Official Business) β€” a new filing cannot be submitted over a time range that already has an approved Certificate of Attendance or Official Business filing. Deleting the underlying raw attendance logs will not release the block. Ask the approver, someone at a role level above them, or a Super Admin to cancel that approval first β€” see Manpower Dashboard β†’ Cancelling an approved Overtime filing. Once cancelled, the time range is free to file again.

Filing a Leave request

The Leave form (choose Leave from the add menu above) has a few fields worth knowing in detail:

  • Leave Type β€” pick from your own leave plans, each showing its remaining credits.
  • Compensation Type β€” With Pay or Without Pay.
  • From Date / To Date β€” the date range covered.
  • Leave Mode β€” Whole Day or Half Day. Choosing Half Day reveals Time From and Time To fields for the portion of the shift the leave covers.
  • Reason and an optional (or, for some leave types, required) Attachment.

What the Leave Mode and Compensation Type you choose actually mean for pay and attendance β€” how much of the day a Half Day filing credits, and how the rest of the shift is treated β€” is explained in How an approved leave credits a day on the Payroll Time Keeping page.

Filing a Rest Day Work request

The Rest Day Work form (choose Rest Day Work from the add menu above, or file it from Manpower β†’ Filings β†’ Rest Day Work β†’ File Rest Day Work) has:

  • Rest Day Date β€” the rest day being worked.
  • Time From / Time To β€” optional. Leave both blank and approval credits the whole rendered day, exactly as before. Enter both to define the exact window approval will pay for β€” entering only one is rejected, and the two times cannot be equal. Once both are set, a banner shows the derived Approved hours (for example 8.00); if Time To is earlier than Time From, the window is read as crossing midnight β€” up to 24 hours β€” and the banner adds Ends the next day.
  • Reason.

Only one Rest Day Work filing is allowed per date.

Some companies require every Rest Day Work filing to carry a time window β€” see Rest Day Work Requires a Time Window on the Settings page. When that setting is on, submitting without both Time From and Time To is rejected.

On approval, only the time you actually punched inside the approved window is credited β€” the first 8 hours at the rest-day rate, anything beyond that as rest-day overtime; an approved window with no punches inside it pays nothing. Time punched outside the window is not paid, and it is flagged on your timesheet (a clock-alert icon next to Rest Day, or the shift label if the filing covers an Extra Day, on that day) so the window can be corrected β€” click Revert Approval on the filing and re-file with the right times. Filed without a time window, the whole rendered day is credited exactly as before.

Filing a Rest Day Work request with a time window

Filing or tracking a Purchase Request

  1. In the Request Panel widget, click the + (plus) button and choose Purchase Request (only shown if you can raise purchase requests) to start a new one.
  2. Your own purchase requests appear mixed into the Pending / Done / Rejected tabs alongside filings β€” use the filter (funnel icon) and choose Requests to see only purchase requests. Click one to open its read-only tracking view.
  3. On the Drafts tab, click a draft to Proceed (resume the form) or Archive (discard it).
  4. To withdraw a request you no longer need, open it and click Cancel, then type a required Reason and confirm with Cancel process. Since you're cancelling your own request (unless you also hold cancellation permission or are an administrator), this only requests the cancellation β€” an administrator must approve it before the request actually stops. Once it does, the request moves to the Done tab with a Cancelled status. See Purchase Requests β†’ Cancelling a Request for the full behavior.

Resolving an attendance warning

  1. In My Attendance, make sure you're on the list view.
  2. Pick the cut-off period from the dropdown and, optionally, filter by Absent or Overtime.
  3. For each warning, click Resolve to file a correction, or Ignore to dismiss it.

Working a task

  1. In the Task List, choose a tab (My Task, For Review, Paused, Assigned, Done, Collaborated).
  2. Hover a task to Start or Mark as Done, or right-click for more actions (review, pause, delegate, archive).
  3. Click a task to open its full details.

Tracking your time

  1. In the Time Tracker sidebar widget, click Start work.
  2. Pick a task in the dialog that opens (or type one to create it on the spot), then click it to start.
    • If your company requires a face photo for attendance sessions, a camera dialog opens next. Capture your photo and click Use photo to complete the clock-in.
  3. Switch tasks anytime with the switch icon next to the running task β€” this keeps the same session going instead of starting a new one.
  4. Click Stop work when you finish (same camera step applies if a face photo is required).
  5. Click the history icon to review past entries.

Viewing a payslip

  1. In Payslip Summary, optionally set Date From and/or Date To to narrow the list β€” it filters automatically, no button needed.
  2. Scroll down to load more payslips, then click one in the list to open the preview.

Claiming a quest

  1. In the Quest Board, find an unclaimed task tagged for your role or department.
  2. Optionally, click the task's title to preview it first β€” the preview dialog shows a Claim button in place of the usual task actions since you don't own it yet.
  3. Click Claim β€” on the card or inside the preview β€” to take ownership.

Tips

  • Make it yours β€” press F9 and hide the widgets you don't use, then resize and reorder the rest.
  • Stay on top of approvals β€” turn on the Pending Approvals and Overdue Tasks counters while customizing.
  • Resolve warnings promptly β€” attendance warnings are easiest to fix while the cut-off is still open.

πŸ’‘ Note: The Dashboard adapts to your role and settings. Some widgets adjust to whether the relevant feature applies to you β€” for example, Petty Cash shows "No petty cash assigned" unless you hold a petty cash fund, and the Time Tracker's attendance line depends on your employee record, schedule, and network.
