Done (Completed) Tasks
View tasks that have been completed. The Done filter lives inside the main Tasks page and shows every task marked as completed, so you can review finished work and re-open anything that needs more attention.
Overview
There is no separate "Done" screen. Completed tasks are shown on the main Tasks page. Selecting the Done filter switches the list to your completed tasks and adds a Completed date column so you can see when each task was finished.
How to Open the Done View
- In the sidebar, go to Projects β Tasks.
- On the Tasks page, find the row of filter buttons at the top of the list: All, Project Tasks, Process Tasks, Standalone, Done.
- Click Done.
The list switches to your completed tasks. The Completed counter card at the top of the page shows the total number of completed tasks.
