Summary Counters
Four counters sit at the top of the page and update with the selected type scope:
- My Tasks β your active tasks
- For Review β tasks awaiting review or approval
- Overdue β active tasks past their due date
- Completed β done tasks
Type Scope
A row of scope buttons narrows which kinds of tasks are shown:
- All
- Project Tasks
- Process Tasks
- Standalone
- Done
Selecting Done switches the view to completed tasks; selecting any other scope returns you to the active set.
Status Tabs
Within the chosen type scope, tasks are grouped under these tabs (each shows a count badge when it has items):
- Tasks β your active tasks (approval tasks are excluded here; they appear under Review)
- Review β tasks for review, including process approval tasks
- Paused β paused tasks
- Assigned β tasks assigned to you
- Collaborate β tasks you collaborate on
- Archived β archived tasks (restore or permanently delete from here)
Filters
A filter bar lets you refine the visible tasks:
- Search β searches task title, project name, project code, and assignee name
- Assignee β filter by the person a task is assigned to
- Priority β filter by priority level
- Status β filter by status (board lane)
- Due Date β one of: All Dates, Overdue, Due Today, Due This Week, Due Next Week, No Due Date
- Project β filter by project (shown only when project tasks are present; supports typing to search)
When one or more filters are active, a Clear button (with a count) appears to reset them all at once.
Views
A view toggle on the filter bar switches between two layouts:
- Table view β columnar list (the default)
- Board view β Kanban board grouped by status (see Board View for the full guide to columns, dragging, and project board settings)
Table Columns
The table shows these columns, plus context-specific columns depending on the active tab:
- Title
- Project β project code or name
- Status β status chip
- Priority β priority chip
- Assignee β avatar and name
- Due Date β highlighted when overdue or due soon
- Age β how long since the task was created
- Completed β completion date (Done tab only)
- Submitted By β task creator (Review tab only)
- Reason and Paused For β pause reason and pause duration (Paused tab only)
Rows can be dragged to reorder them, and the new order is saved automatically.
