Developer Promotion
Developer Promotion lets you upgrade your own account to developer status using a one-time password (OTP). This is a self-service page — you request the upgrade for yourself; you cannot promote or demote other people from here.
Overview
A developer account unlocks additional features and tools intended for testing and development. Because of this, promotion is protected by a one-time password that is sent to an administrator-monitored Telegram channel and requires administrator approval.
This page has two states:
- Promotion flow — shown when your account is not yet a developer. You request and verify an OTP to upgrade.
- Developer Account Active — shown when your account already has developer privileges. It displays your account status instead of the promotion form.
Page Layout
Open the page from Settings → Developer Promotion.
The page header reads Developer Promotion with the subtitle "Upgrade your account to developer status."
If you are not yet a developer
A single card titled Developer Account Promotion with:
- A short explanation that you must verify your identity using an OTP sent to the Telegram channel.
- A Request OTP button (this is the only control shown at first).
- After you request an OTP, an Enter OTP field (6-digit), a Verify OTP button, and a Request New OTP button.
- An information note explaining that developer access provides additional features for testing and development, and that the action requires administrator approval via Telegram.
If you are already a developer
A single card titled Developer Account Active showing a read-only status summary:
- Account — your full name (or username)
- Email — your account email
- Role — your assigned role
- Developer Status — shown as Active with a check badge
A note explains that as a developer you have access to the Developer Portal, API documentation, and advanced system tools.
Common Tasks
Promoting Your Account to Developer
- Go to Settings → Developer Promotion.
- Click Request OTP. While the request is in progress the button shows "Requesting OTP...".
- A confirmation appears: "OTP has been sent to our Telegram channel." The OTP is delivered to the administrator-monitored Telegram channel, not to your email or phone.
- Obtain the 6-digit code from the administrator who monitors that channel.
- In the Enter OTP field, type the 6-digit code.
- Click Verify OTP. While verifying, the button shows "Verifying...".
- On success you see "Account successfully promoted to developer!" and the page reloads to reflect your new developer status.
Requesting a New OTP
If your code did not arrive or has expired:
- On the OTP entry screen, click Request New OTP.
- A fresh code is sent to the Telegram channel.
- Enter the new code and click Verify OTP.
Checking Your Developer Status
- Open Settings → Developer Promotion.
- If your account is already a developer, the Developer Account Active card is shown automatically.
- Review your Account, Email, Role, and Developer Status (Active).
Troubleshooting
- "Please enter the OTP code" — the OTP field was empty when you clicked Verify OTP. Enter the 6-digit code first.
- "Invalid or expired OTP. Please try again." — the code was wrong or has expired. Click Request New OTP and try again with the fresh code.
- "Failed to request OTP. Please try again." — the OTP request did not go through. Wait a moment and click Request OTP again.
Tips
- The OTP is 6 digits and is sent to a Telegram channel monitored by administrators — you may need to coordinate with an administrator to receive it.
- Promotion applies to your own account only; there is no list of other users and no demote action on this page.
- Each OTP can expire, so verify it promptly after requesting.
