ANTE User Manual

Settings Module

The Settings module is where you configure your company, manage user accounts and access, and adjust system-wide options. Open it from the sidebar; it opens on the Company Information page by default.

Overview

Settings is organized into three areas, plus an Audit Trail:

  • Company β€” your company details, branches, wallets, and company-level credentials.
  • Users & Access β€” user accounts, invitations, roles, departments, and user levels (permission sets).
  • System Settings β€” approval workflows, registries, About/system information, and developer/demo tools.
  • Audit Trail β€” an append-only record of who changed what and when.

Access to Settings is permission-controlled. If you don't have the required access, the section won't appear for you.

Settings Pages

Company

  • Company Information (/settings/company) β€” your company's details and branding, plus feature toggles. This is the default Settings page.
  • Branches (/settings/branches) β€” manage your company's branches and locations (list, add, view, edit).
  • Wallet Management (/settings/wallet-management) β€” manage wallets and conversion rates. The page has two tabs: Wallets and Conversion Rates.
  • Cloud Credentials (/settings/cloud-credentials) β€” configure cloud service credentials used by your company.

Users & Access

  • User Management (/settings/users) β€” manage active user accounts (list, add, view, edit).
  • Inactive Users (/settings/inactive-users) β€” view deactivated accounts and restore them.
  • AI Users (/settings/ai-users) β€” initialize and manage AI-powered automated accounts (for example, Sales AI and Payroll AI).
  • User Invitations (/settings/user-invite) β€” send, resend, and cancel invitations for new users.
  • Roles (/settings/roles) β€” define roles and their permissions (list, add, view, edit).
  • Departments (/settings/role-group) β€” organize roles into departments (list, add, view, edit). Some departments are global/shared and are read-only.
  • User Levels (/settings/user-level) β€” manage user levels and permission sets for different system modules (list, add, view, edit).

System Settings

  • Workflow Settings β€” configure approval workflows. There are four:
    • Purchase Request Workflow (/settings/workflow-purchase-request)
    • Delivery Status Workflow (/settings/workflow-delivery)
    • Liquidation Workflow (/settings/workflow-liquidation)
    • RFP Workflow (/settings/workflow-rfp) β€” choose which process template drives Treasury's Request for Payment maker β†’ approve β†’ release flow
  • Cloud Credentials (/settings/cloud-credentials) β€” configure cloud service credentials (AI provider, SMTP email, Multibook ERP connection). Object storage is no longer per-company β€” see Developer β†’ Storage.
  • Slack Integration (/settings/integrations/slack) β€” install the Ante bot into your company's Slack workspace, enable or disable Slack delivery, and disconnect. Requires administrator permission.
  • Endpoint Registry (/settings/endpoint-registry) β€” reference registry of system endpoints.
  • FDD Registry (/settings/fdd-registry) β€” reference registry of form/document definitions.
  • About (/settings/about) β€” system information and support resources.
  • Developer Promotion (/settings/developer-promotion) β€” upgrade your own account to developer status (requires OTP verification).
  • Demo Seed (/settings/demo-seed) β€” generate demo data. Only visible on companies tagged Demo; the full seed asks for confirmation since it clears existing data first.

Audit Trail

  • Audit Trail (/settings/audit-log) β€” who changed what, when, across all audited modules. The record is append-only.
