Capture Pages
Capture Pages are public, AI-designed landing pages you can share with prospects to collect leads. When someone fills out the form on a capture page, their details are saved as a submission and can be turned into a deal in your pipeline.
How to Get Here
In the sidebar, open CRM and choose Capture Pages.
Overview
Each capture page has:
- A public link you can share (email, social media, ads). Anyone with the link can open the page and submit the form.
- A set of form fields that decide what information you collect from prospects.
- A design β the look of the page β which you create with an AI prompt or by pasting your own HTML.
- A list of submissions β every prospect who filled out the form.
A capture page is Active or Inactive. Set it to Inactive to take it offline without deleting it.
Page Layout
The Capture Pages list is a grid of cards, one card per page. At the top you have:
- New Capture Page button (top right) β opens the create form.
- Search box β filter the list by page title.
Each card shows:
- A preview area β a check icon if a design has been generated, or "No design yet".
- The page title.
- A status badge β Active or Inactive.
- The deal source (if one is assigned).
- The submission count (number of leads collected).
- The page slug (the last part of its public link).
- A link button β copies the page's public link to your clipboard.
Click any card to open that capture page's detail view. The list shows 12 cards per page, with Previous / Next buttons when there are more.
Capture Page Settings (Create Form)
When you create a capture page you enter two things:
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Page Title | Yes | The name of the page, e.g. "Free Consultation" or "Get a Quote". |
| Deal Source | No | The deal source to attach to leads from this page. Choose None to leave it unset. |
The Detail View
Opening a capture page shows its title, its slug, and four tabs. The toolbar at the top has three actions:
- Copy Link β copies the public link to your clipboard.
- Deactivate / Activate β toggles whether the page is live. The button label reflects the current status.
- Delete β removes the page (asks for confirmation first).
Settings tab
Shows the page's information:
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | The page title. Click the pencil icon to edit it inline, then Save. |
| Status | Active or Inactive. |
| Deal Source | The assigned deal source, or "None". |
| Public URL | The shareable link. Click it to open the live page in a new tab. |
| Created By | The team member who created the page. |
| Submissions | How many leads have been collected. |
Fields tab
Lists the form fields shown on the public page. Each field shows its label, its key, its type, and badges where they apply:
- Default β a built-in field that cannot be deleted.
- Required β the field must be filled in to submit the form.
Use Add Field to create a new custom field. Each field has:
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Label | Yes | The visible label on the form (e.g. "Budget Range"). |
| Field Key | Yes | The internal key for the field (e.g. "budgetRange"). Set once β it cannot be changed later. |
| Type | Yes | Text, Select, or Textarea. Set once β it cannot be changed later. |
| Placeholder | No | Hint text shown inside the input. |
| Options | Only for Select | A comma-separated list of choices (e.g. "Small, Medium, Large"). |
| Required | No | Tick to make the field mandatory on the form. |
You can edit a field's Label, Placeholder, Options, and Required flag at any time. The field's type and key cannot be changed after it is created. Default fields can be edited but not deleted.
Design tab
This is where you create the look of the public page. There are two modes:
- AI Generate β describe the design you want in plain words and the system builds it for you.
- Paste HTML β supply your own HTML design and the system fits your form fields into it.
When a design already exists, a preview of the page is shown in this tab. If you change your form fields after the design was generated, an "Design is out of date" banner appears with a Regenerate now button so the new fields show on the live page.
Generating or converting a design can take 20β60 seconds. A progress bar is shown β keep the tab open until it finishes.
Submissions tab
Lists every prospect who submitted the form, newest first. The tab label shows a count badge. Each submission row shows the prospect's name, email, company (if given), and the time submitted; a Deal # badge appears when the submission has been linked to a deal.
Click a row to open the submission's details. There are 10 submissions per page, with Previous / Next buttons.
Submission Details
Clicking a submission opens a panel with:
- Contact β the prospect's email (with a copy button and a mail link), phone (with copy and call links), and company name.
- Message β any message the prospect left.
- Additional form data β the values for any custom fields you added.
If the submission is linked to a deal, an Open Deal button takes you straight to that deal.

Designing the Page with AI
- On the Design tab, choose AI Generate.
- In the prompt box, describe the design you want (for example, "modern dark theme with a gradient header").
- Optionally click Attach file to add reference images, PDFs, or text files (up to 10 files, max 5MB each).
- Click Generate Design. Wait for the progress bar to finish.
When a design already exists, the prompt asks for improvements instead and the button reads Regenerate Design.
Design generation needs your AI credentials to be set up in the system. If it fails, check that AI credentials are configured.
Using Your Own HTML Design
- On the Design tab, choose Paste HTML.
- Paste your HTML into the box, or click Upload HTML File to load it from a file.
- Click Convert & Apply. The system keeps your layout and styling and fits your form fields into it.
Sharing the Public Link

- From the detail view, click Copy Link.
The link is copied to your clipboard, ready to paste. You can also click the Public URL on the Settings tab to open the live page in a new tab.
Activating or Deactivating a Page
- Open the capture page.
- Click Deactivate to take it offline, or Activate to make it live. The button reflects the current status.
An inactive page is no longer reachable by prospects, but its submissions and settings are kept.
Viewing and Following Up on a Submission
- Open the capture page and go to the Submissions tab.
- Click a submission row to see the prospect's contact details, message, and any custom field answers.
- Copy the email or phone, or click the mail/call links to reach out.
- If the submission is linked to a deal, click Open Deal to work it in your pipeline.
Deleting a Capture Page
- Open the capture page.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm in the dialog ("Are you sure you want to delete β¦? This action cannot be undone.").
You are returned to the Capture Pages list.
Tips
- Assign a deal source so leads from this page are tagged with where they came from.
- Regenerate the design after changing fields β the "Design is out of date" banner tells you when the live page no longer matches your form.
- Keep field keys stable β a field's key and type are fixed once created, so plan them before adding the field.
- Deactivate instead of delete when you only want to pause a campaign β your submissions stay intact.
