The CRM/Leads Module helps you manage customer relationships, track sales opportunities, and manage your sales pipeline. Track deals, manage companies, and coordinate with relationship owners.

CRM/Leads Dashboard

Overview

The CRM/Leads Module provides tools for managing your sales process. You can track deals through the sales pipeline, manage company information, and coordinate with team members responsible for customer relationships.

Page Layout

When you open the CRM module, you'll see:

  • Search - Find deals, companies, or contacts
  • Navigation Menu:
    • Dashboard - Overview of sales metrics
    • Deals - Manage sales opportunities
    • Companies - Company information
    • Deal Type - Deal categories
    • Deal Source - Where deals originate
    • People - Contacts and relationship owners
    • Media Library - CRM-related files

Dashboard Metrics

The CRM Dashboard displays key performance indicators:

  • Active Deals in Pipeline - Number of ongoing deals
  • Total Opportunities - All potential deals
  • MMR Opportunity - Monthly recurring revenue potential
  • Initial Cost Opportunity - One-time cost opportunities
  • Total Confirmations - Wins and losses summary

Dashboard Charts

  • Sales Stages - Bar chart showing deals at each stage
  • Deal Types - Distribution by deal category
  • Closing Dates - Expected close timeline
  • Sales Probability - Deals by likelihood to close
  • Average Days in Stage - Time spent at each stage
  • Lead Updates - Recent activity feed

Sales Pipeline Stages

Deals move through these stages:

  1. Prospect - Initial lead identified
  2. Internal Meeting - Internal team discussion
  3. Technical Meeting - Technical requirements discussion
  4. Proposal - Proposal submitted to client
  5. Negotiations - Discussing terms and pricing
  6. Won - Deal closed successfully
  7. Loss - Deal lost

Module Sections

Dashboard

Overview of your sales pipeline with key metrics and deal statistics. View charts, performance indicators, and recent activity.

Deals

Manage sales opportunities and deals. Track deals through the sales pipeline from prospect to won/lost. Use drag-and-drop to move deals between stages.

Companies

Manage company information and client data. Store company details, contact information, and track associated deals.

Deal Type

Configure and manage deal types to categorize your deals (e.g., IT Company, Service Provider, Manufacturing).

Deal Source

Track where deals come from for reporting and analysis (e.g., Referral, Website, Cold Call).

People

  • Point of Contact - Manage contact persons at companies
  • Relationship Owners - Assign team members responsible for relationships

Media Library

Store and organize CRM-related files, documents, and media.

Common Tasks

Creating a New Deal

  1. Navigate to CRMDeals
  2. Click New Deal button
  3. Fill in deal information:
    • Deal name
    • Company/client
    • Deal value
    • Stage (Prospect, Proposal, etc.)
    • Relationship owner
  4. Save the deal

Managing Companies

  1. Go to CRMCompanies
  2. Add, edit, or view company information
  3. Link companies to deals

Tracking Deals

  1. Navigate to CRMDeals
  2. View deals in board view (by stage)
  3. Drag deals between stages as they progress
  4. Update deal information as needed

  • View full deal information
