Messenger AI is a CRM feature listed under CRM → Settings. It is intended as an AI assistant for your CRM work, and it appears in the menu with a robot icon.
Messenger AI currently appears in the CRM menu but does not yet open a working screen — selecting it takes you to the Messenger AI address (/crm/messenger-ai), which has no page to display yet. Treat this entry as a placeholder for a feature that is being prepared. The rest of this page documents only what is in place today: where the menu item lives and the access permission that controls it.
Finding the Menu Item
- In the sidebar, open the CRM menu.
- Open the Settings group.
- Choose Messenger AI (shown with a robot icon).
It sits in the Settings group alongside the other CRM configuration items — Deal Types, Deal Sources, Relationship Owners, Proposal Templates, and Import Deals.
Who Can See It
The Messenger AI menu item only appears for users whose role grants the Messenger AI access permission for the CRM (Leads) module. If you do not have that permission, the item is hidden from your CRM Settings menu.
If you expect to see Messenger AI under CRM → Settings but it is missing, ask your administrator to confirm that your role includes the CRM Messenger AI access permission.
Field Reference
The menu entry has no form, fields, tabs, or buttons of its own at this time. The only details defined for it are the menu basics:
