Resolved Deals

The Resolved Deals page is where you review and analyze deals that have left the active pipeline — those marked Won, Lost, or Unqualified. It combines at-a-glance performance insights with a filterable, searchable list of every closed deal.

How to Get Here

In the sidebar, open CRM and click Resolved Deals.

Overview

When a deal is resolved on the Deals board (by dragging it onto the Won, Lost, or Unqualified zone), it moves off your active pipeline and lands here. This page answers questions like: How many deals have we closed? What is our win rate? Why are we losing deals? Is our win rate improving over time?

The page is read-only — it shows the outcome of work done on the Deals page. To resolve a deal, go to CRM → Deals (see Deals).

Page Layout

The page is organized top to bottom into four areas:

  1. Insight cards — Four summary counters across the top.
  2. Secondary stats — Four headline figures (Win Rate, Revenue Won, Avg. Sales Cycle, Deal Velocity).
  3. Charts — Loss Reasons and Win Rate Trend.
  4. Deals list — Resolution tabs, a search box, and the resolved-deals table.

Insight Cards

CardWhat it shows
Total ClosedThe total number of resolved deals.
WonThe number of deals marked Won.
Win/Loss RatioThe ratio of won deals to lost deals.
Avg. Deal SizeThe average value of resolved deals.

Secondary Stats

StatWhat it shows
Win RateThe percentage of decided deals that were won, shown as a percentage with a "Won / Decided" breakdown beneath it.
Revenue WonThe total contract value of all won deals.
Avg. Sales CycleThe average number of days it takes to close a deal.
Deal VelocityHow many deals are closed per month.
"Decided" vs "Closed"

Win Rate is calculated only from decided deals — those marked Won or Lost. Deals marked Unqualified count toward Total Closed but are excluded from the win-rate calculation.

Charts

Loss Reasons

A horizontal bar chart of the most common reasons recorded when deals were resolved, color-coded by outcome (Won, Lost, Unqualified). This is the actionable view of why deals end the way they do.

If no reasons have been recorded yet, the chart shows "No reason data yet".

Win Rate Trend

An area chart of your win rate month over month, so you can see whether performance is improving or slipping. Hovering a point shows the win rate for that month along with the won-versus-decided counts.

If there is not enough history yet, the chart shows "No trend data yet".

Filtering the List

Below the charts, two controls narrow down the deals table:

Resolution Tabs

Click a tab to filter the list by outcome:

TabShows
AllEvery resolved deal (the default).
WonDeals marked Won.
LostDeals marked Lost.
UnqualifiedDeals marked Unqualified.

Use the Search resolved deals... box to filter the list by keyword. The list updates as you type, and the table returns to the first page.

The Resolved Deals Table

The table lists resolved deals, newest close date first. Each row shows:

ColumnDescription
Deal NameThe name of the deal.
ResolutionThe outcome — Won, Lost, or Unqualified (color-coded).
ReasonThe reason recorded when the deal was resolved (shows a dash if none was entered).
Total ContractThe deal's total contract value.
Relationship OwnerThe team member who owned the relationship, with their avatar.
Close DateThe date the deal was closed.

The list shows 15 deals per page. When there are more, use the left/right arrows at the bottom of the table to move between pages; the current page and total page count are shown between them.

If there are no resolved deals (or none match your filters), the table shows "No resolved deals yet" with the hint that deals appear here once they are marked Won, Lost, or Unqualified.

Common Tasks

Reviewing your win rate

  1. Go to CRM → Resolved Deals.
  2. Read the Win Rate stat near the top. The figure beneath it shows how many deals were won out of the total decided.
  3. Check the Win Rate Trend chart to see whether your win rate is moving up or down over recent months.

Finding out why deals are lost

  1. Open CRM → Resolved Deals.
  2. Look at the Loss Reasons chart to see the most common recorded reasons.
  3. Click the Lost tab to list only lost deals, then read the Reason column for the detail behind each one.
Reasons come from the Deals board

The Reason column and the Loss Reasons chart are populated by the reason you enter when resolving a deal on the Deals board. Recording a reason each time you mark a deal Won, Lost, or Unqualified keeps these insights accurate.

Looking up a specific resolved deal

  1. Go to CRM → Resolved Deals.
  2. Type part of the deal name into the Search resolved deals... box.
  3. Optionally, narrow further with the Won / Lost / Unqualified tabs.

Reviewing a single owner's results

  1. Open CRM → Resolved Deals.
  2. Scan the Relationship Owner column to see who closed which deals and with what outcome.
