Project List
Browse every project in one place. Search, filter, sort, switch between a table and card view, and open any project to see its details.
Overview
The Project List shows all projects you have access to. From here you can search by name or code, filter by status or creation date, change the sort order, toggle between List and Grid views, and open a project's full details. Right-clicking a project gives you quick actions such as Edit, Archive, Duplicate, and Save as Template.
Opening the Page
- In the sidebar, open Workspace
- Click Projects
Page Layout
Summary Counters
A row of four counters across the top of the page:
- Total Projects β total number of projects
- Active Projects β count of projects with an Active status
- Overdue Tasks β number of tasks past their due date across projects
- Overall Progress β average completion percentage of active projects
Search and View Toggle
- Search box β type to find projects by project name or code. Click the clear (β) icon to reset the search.
- View toggle β switch between:
- List view β a sortable table of projects
- Grid view β a card layout showing each project's progress, status, person in charge, budget, dates, and task count
Header Buttons
- Templates β open the Project Templates list to view, create from, or manage saved project templates
- Create Project β open the dialog to add a new project
Filters
Filter chips appear at the top of the project list. Click a chip to choose an option.
- Status β All, Active, or Archived
- Created β All Time, Today, This Week, This Month, or This Year (filters by when the project was created)
- Sort By β Name, Date Created, Budget, Progress, or Start Date. Click the same option again to flip between ascending and descending order.
List View Columns
The table shows these columns by default:
- Code β the project's identifier code
- Project Name β the project name
- Status β Active, Branch, Lead, or Archived
- Person In Charge β the assigned project lead (avatar and name)
- Progress β a progress bar with the completion percentage
- Budget β the project budget, shown in your company currency
- Tasks β the number of tasks in the project
Additional columns are available but hidden by default (they can be shown through the table's column controls):
- Client β the associated client
- Start Date β the project start date
- End Date β the project end date
- Created β the date the project was created
Actions
Opening a Project
Click any project row (List view) or card (Grid view) to open its detail page.
Right-Click Menu
Right-click a project row or card to open a context menu with these actions:
- Edit Project β open the edit dialog to change project information
- Move to Folder β move the project into a folder (shown only when folders exist)
- Archive Project / Unarchive Project β archive an active project, or restore an archived one. Archiving asks for confirmation and can be reversed later.
- Duplicate Project β create a copy of the project
- Save as Template β save the project's task list, team roles, milestones, and configuration as a reusable template
Common Tasks
Finding a Project
- Open Workspace β Projects
- Type the project name or code in the search box, or
- Use the Status, Created, and Sort By filter chips to narrow the list
Viewing Project Details
- Locate the project in the List or Grid view
- Click the project row or card
- The project's detail page opens
Archiving a Project
- Right-click the project
- Choose Archive Project
- Confirm in the dialog β the project moves to the Archived status and can be unarchived later
Duplicating a Project
- Right-click the project
- Choose Duplicate Project
- Confirm the copy details β the new project opens once created
Saving a Project as a Template
- Right-click the project
- Choose Save as Template
- Enter a template name and save β the template becomes available when creating new projects
Tips
- Combine the Status, Created, and Sort By filters to focus the list quickly.
- Use Grid view for a visual scan of progress and status; use List view when you need to sort and compare columns.
- Search matches both the project name and the project code.
