Common Tasks

Creating a New Project

  1. Navigate to ProjectsDashboard
  2. Click New Project button
  3. Fill in project details (see Creating a Project)
  4. Save the project

Viewing Project Details

  1. Go to ProjectsProject List
  2. Click on any project name
  3. View full project information and details

Managing Clients

  1. Navigate to ProjectsClient Management
  2. Add, edit, or view client information
  3. Link clients to projects

Accessing Media Library

  1. Go to ProjectsMedia Library
  2. Upload, organize, and manage project files
  3. Link files to specific projects

Dialogs and Actions

Bill of Quantity Dialog

  • Purpose: Manage project materials and quantities
  • How to Open: Click Bill of Quantity button on project details page
  • Features:
    • Add materials and items
    • Set quantities and units
    • Track costs
    • Export BOQ

Work Accomplishment Dialog

  • Purpose: Record and track project progress
  • How to Open: Click Work Accomplishment button on project details page
  • Features:
    • Record accomplishments
    • Add progress notes
    • Upload supporting documents
    • Track completion percentage

Task Management Dialog

  • Purpose: Manage project tasks
  • How to Open: Click Task Management button on project details page
  • Features:
    • View all project tasks
    • Create new tasks
    • Update task status
    • Assign team members
