Run Team Meetings

Take one meeting through its whole life: scheduling it with an agenda, running the live session, turning decisions into real tasks, ending it so open items carry over, and locking the minutes for everyone to review.

Before You Start

You need the Governance access permission to open Meetings. Two other things are worth having in place first:

  • The people you want to invite must exist as employees, since participants are picked from your company's people β€” see Employee Records.
  • At least one project, if you expect to raise issues. An action item can be filed without a project, but an issue requires one β€” see Project List.

Action items created in a meeting become real tasks in the Task module, so what you decide here shows up in people's work queues β€” see My Tasks.

Go to Governance β†’ Meetings. Meetings are grouped into Upcoming (Scheduled or In Progress) and Past (Completed or Cancelled), and within each heading by day β€” Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday, and so on.

Four cards across the top count your active meetings: Total Meetings, In Progress, Scheduled, and Completed. The Active and Archived tabs separate your working list from meetings you have put away, and the category, status, and search filters narrow whichever tab you're on.

Each row shows the time, title, category, attendees, how many action items are done out of the total, and a status badge β€” enough to see at a glance which meetings left work behind.
