ANTE User ManualDone Deliveries
The Done tab lists every delivery that has been fully received at its destination warehouse (status Delivered). It is a read-only history view — use it to review and look up completed delivery records.
Where to Find It
- Open the Assets module from the sidebar.
- Click Deliveries.
- On the Deliveries page, select the Done tab.
The Deliveries page is a single screen with counter cards at the top, a status pipeline, and a row of tabs: All, Pending, Truck Load, Done, Canceled, and Documents. The Done tab badge shows the current number of delivered deliveries.
Page Layout
- Counter Cards — Pending, In Transit, Delivered, and Canceled totals across all deliveries.
- Tabs — switch between delivery statuses; Done shows delivered records only.
- Search — search delivered deliveries by Source Receipt.
- Done Deliveries Table — the list of completed deliveries.
Table Columns
| Column | Description |

| Transaction Date | When the delivery record was created |
| Source Receipt | The source delivery receipt code |
| Receiving Warehouse | The destination warehouse that received the items |
| In-Transit Warehouse | The transit warehouse the items passed through |
| Delivered Date | When the items were delivered |
The list is sorted by Transaction Date (newest first) by default. The Transaction Date and Delivered Date columns are sortable.
Common Tasks
Viewing a Delivered Delivery
- Find the delivery in the Done tab.
- Click the row.
- The delivery detail page opens, showing:
- Warehouse routing (source, in-transit, and receiving warehouses)
- Delivery dates
- Receipt references
- Truck load details (if the delivery went through the truck load stages)
- The delivered items
Searching Delivered Deliveries
- Use the search box on the Deliveries page.
- Search by Source Receipt code.
- Review the matching delivered records in the table.
You can also use the Status filter on the table and select Delivered to narrow results.
Notes
- The Done tab is read-only. Completed deliveries have no inline actions — receiving and stage actions only appear on the Pending and Truck Load tabs.
- A delivery reaches the Done tab once all its items have been received into the destination warehouse.
