The All Inventory page gives you a single, company-wide view of every inventory item across all your warehouses at once. Instead of opening each warehouse one at a time, you see one row per item — with its total stock — and you can expand any item to see exactly which warehouses hold it and how much.
It is a read-only overview: you look up items and stock levels here, and follow the links to the item or warehouse pages to make changes.
Overview
The page lists each inventory item once. For every item you can see at a glance:
- Its SKU, name, category, and brand
- How many warehouses currently hold the item
- The total stock of that item across all warehouses combined
Click (expand) any item to reveal a breakdown showing each warehouse that holds the item, the warehouse type, and the stock in that location.
How to Open All Inventory
Step 1 — Go to the Assets module
- Open the Assets module from the sidebar.
Step 2 — Open All Inventory
- Navigate to Assets → All Inventory.
- The page loads with the full list of inventory items, sorted by Item Name (A–Z) by default.
📌 You need Assets access to view this page.
Page Layout
At the top of the page is the title All Inventory with the description "View all inventory items across all warehouses", followed by a search box on the right. Below that is the inventory table, and a pagination bar at the bottom (showing 20 items per page by default).
Inventory Table Columns
Each row is one item. The table shows these columns:

| (expand) | A chevron arrow you click to expand or collapse the per-warehouse breakdown for that item. |
| (image) | The item's picture, or a package icon if no image is set. |
| SKU | The item's stock-keeping unit code. Sortable. |
| Item Name | The name of the item. Click the name to open the item's detail page. Sortable. |
| Category | The item's category, or - if none. |
| Brand | The item's brand, or - if none. |
| Warehouses | A badge showing how many warehouses hold this item (e.g. "3 locations", or "1 location" for a single warehouse). |
| Total Stock | The combined stock quantity of the item across every warehouse. Sortable. |
Expanded Item Breakdown
When you expand an item, a panel appears beneath the row listing each warehouse that holds it, with three columns:

| Warehouse | The name of the warehouse. Click it to open that warehouse's detail page. |
| Type | The warehouse type, shown as a colored badge: Company, Project, In Transit, or Temporary. |
| Stock | The quantity of the item held in that specific warehouse. |
Common Tasks
Find an item across all warehouses
- Go to Assets → All Inventory.
- In the search box (top right), choose what to search by — Item Name or SKU.
- Type your search term. The list filters to matching items.
See which warehouses hold an item
- Locate the item in the list (use search if needed).
- Click the item's row (or its expand arrow on the left) to open the breakdown.
- Review each warehouse and the stock it holds. The Type badge tells you whether each is a Company, Project, In Transit, or Temporary warehouse.
- Click the collapse arrow to close the breakdown.
Sort the list
Click a sortable column header — SKU, Item Name, or Total Stock — to sort by it:
- First click sorts ascending (an up arrow appears).
- Second click sorts descending (a down arrow appears).
- A third click resets the list back to the default sort (Item Name, A–Z).
📌 Tip: Sorting by Total Stock descending is a quick way to see your highest-stock items first.
Open an item or a warehouse
- Click an item name to jump to that item's detail page.
- Expand an item, then click a warehouse name to open that warehouse's detail page.
Move through the list
- Use the pagination bar at the bottom to move between pages.
- You can change how many items appear per page from the same bar (the default is 20).
Understanding Warehouse Types
The breakdown labels each warehouse with one of four types:
| Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Company | A standard company-owned warehouse. |
| Project | A warehouse attached to a specific project. |
| In Transit | A holding location for stock moving between warehouses. |
| Temporary | A short-lived, temporary storage location. |
Tips
- One row per item — the main list never repeats an item; the per-warehouse detail lives inside the expandable breakdown.
- Total Stock is the sum — the number in the Total Stock column is every warehouse's stock added together, so it always matches the sum of the breakdown rows.
- No items found — if nothing matches your search (or there is no inventory yet), the table shows "No inventory items found".
