The Truck Load tab lists deliveries that are being prepared for shipment or pickup, and lets you move each delivery forward through its loading stages.
Overview
Truck Load is one of the tabs on the Deliveries page. It shows every delivery whose status is Warehouse Truck Load or For Pickup — these are deliveries that have items ready and are progressing through the loading stages on their way to being dispatched.
From this tab you advance a delivery one stage at a time (For Securing → For Packing → For Loading → For Delivery → Out for Delivery) and can cancel a delivery if needed.
How to Get Here
- Open Assets from the sidebar
- Click Deliveries
- On the Deliveries page, click the Truck Load tab
The tab shows a badge with the current number of deliveries in transit.
Page Layout
At the top of the Deliveries page there are four counter cards (Pending, In Transit, Delivered, Canceled). Below the tabs, the Truck Load tab shows a stage pipeline widget summarizing how many deliveries sit at each stage, followed by the truck-load table.
Table Columns
| Column | Description |

| Transaction Date | The date the delivery was created |
| Source Receipt | The delivery receipt this delivery came from |
| Type | Pickup or Delivery (based on the source receipt terms) |
| Source Warehouse | The warehouse the items are coming from |
| Destination Warehouse | The warehouse the items are going to |
| Stage | The current loading stage (e.g. For Securing, For Packing, For Loading, For Delivery, Out for Delivery) |
Click any row to open the delivery's detail page.
Loading Stages
A truck-load delivery moves through these stages in order:
For Securing → For Packing → For Loading → For Delivery → Out for DeliveryEach delivery advances one stage at a time. The action button on each row is labeled with the next stage (for example, a delivery at For Securing shows a For Packing button).
Common Tasks
Advancing a Delivery to the Next Stage
- Find the delivery in the Truck Load table
- Click the stage button on its row — it is labeled with the next stage (e.g. For Packing, For Loading)
- A confirmation appears: "Move delivery to '...' stage?"
- Click Confirm
The delivery moves to the next stage and the Stage column updates.
Moving a Delivery to "For Delivery" (Select In-Transit Warehouse)
When a delivery is at the For Loading stage, advancing it requires choosing an in-transit warehouse first:
- Find the delivery and click its For Delivery button
- In the Select In-Transit Warehouse dialog, choose an In-Transit Warehouse from the dropdown (required) — this is where the delivery is staged before going out
- Click Confirm
The delivery moves to the For Delivery stage and is linked to the chosen in-transit warehouse.
Canceling a Delivery
- Find the delivery in the Truck Load table
- Click Cancel Delivery on its row
- Enter a cancellation reason
- Confirm to cancel
Canceled and already-delivered deliveries have no row actions.

💡 Note: The action button always shows the next stage, so advance deliveries one step at a time and verify the items are ready before moving them forward.
