Manpower Dashboard
The Manpower Dashboard is the HR administrator's home screen. It gives you four headline counters, a set of customizable widgets for managing filing requests, attendance, payroll, and announcements, and quick links into the main HR areas.
Overview
This is the default landing page for the Manpower module. The dashboard is customizable — you can show, hide, resize, and rearrange most widgets, and your layout is saved to your account.
How to Open the Dashboard
- Click Manpower in the sidebar.
- The module opens directly on the Dashboard (
/manpower/dashboard).
You need Manpower access to view this page.
Counter Cards
Four counter cards run across the top of the dashboard. Each one is clickable and opens a detail dialog.
- Pending Approvals (yours / company) — shows a "current of total" value (the number of filings waiting on you, of the total pending across the company). Click to open the Pending Approvals dialog.
- Days Before Cut-off — the number of days remaining before the next payroll cut-off (shows
N/Awhen there is no upcoming cut-off). Click to open the Cut-off Dates dialog. - Pending Processing — the count of cut-offs awaiting timekeeping or payroll processing. Click to open the Pending Processing dialog, where cut-offs are grouped into Past Due, On Process, and Current. Each row shows the period, the employee count, and a Process action.
- Leaves This Month — the number of approved leaves for the current month. Click to open the Approved Leaves dialog, which lists approved LEAVE filings for the selected month with Month and Branch (All Branches) filters and columns for Employee, Leave Type, Date, Submitted, and Status.
Widgets
The dashboard arranges widgets in a main column and a sidebar.
Manage Request
Lists HR filing requests so you can review and act on them.
- Tabs: Pending, Approved, Rejected (each tab shows a count badge).
- A search button (search by employee name) and a filter button (filter by type: All types, OT, Leave, Sched, OB, COA, RDW).
- Each request shows the employee, the filing type, a status badge, and how long ago it was submitted. The list loads more as you scroll.
- Click a request to open the filing details dialog, where you can Approve or Reject it (rejecting prompts you for a reason). You can only approve filings you are authorized to approve — Super Admins can approve any filing, a direct supervisor can approve their reports' filings, and you cannot approve your own.
The filing types are: OT (Overtime), Leave, Sched (Schedule Adjustment), OB (Official Business), COA (Certificate of Attendance), and RDW (Rest Day Work).
Attendance Conflicts
Lists attendance issues that need resolving — Missing Log, Missing Time Out, and No Attendance. Each conflict can be marked Resolved or Ignore. Supports searching by employee and loads more as you scroll.
Note: A forgotten clock-out at a facial recognition device no longer credits the employee's earlier day with automatic end-of-day hours. Whether the employee resolves it themselves at the device or the system auto-closes it (after the session has been open more than 20 hours), that day is marked absent instead. The employee must file a Certificate of Attendance for the system to recognize the hours actually worked.
Payroll Summary
A bar chart of monthly payroll totals with a year-over-year comparison, showing This Year Total and Last Year Total, plus the time it was last updated.
Daily Attendance (sidebar)
Today's attendance summary, broken down into Present, Late, Undertime, Absent, and On Leave, along with the total number of employees.
Announcements (sidebar)
Company announcements. You can Create announcement and delete existing ones (deleting asks for confirmation). The list loads more as you scroll.
Action Center
Quick links into common HR areas (hidden by default — add it from the widget menu if you want it). Each item navigates you to that area:
- View Employees → employee directory (HRIS)
- Timekeeping → attendance records
- Payroll Center → payroll computations
- Filing Requests → leave and OT requests
- Reports → HR reports
- Scheduling → employee schedules
