Regularization Due
Regularization Due lists the probationary employees whose regularization date is overdue or coming up soon, so HR can see who is about to become a regular employee and at what monthly rate. ANTE moves each employee from Probationary to Regular on their regularization date automatically; this page is where you watch it happen, run the check on demand, and decide how far ahead HR gets warned.
Opening the page
- Open Manpower in the sidebar.
- Under the employee menu, click Regularization Due. You need Employee Records access.
You only see employees in the branches you are allowed to see. Without permission to update employee records, the rate columns show nothing and the settings and Run now button are hidden.
The list
Click a row to open that employee's detail page. When nobody is due, the list reads No one is due for regularization.
Running regularization now
- Click Run now
The button is at the top right of the page. It does the same pass as the nightly job right away.
- Read the result
A message tells you how many employees were regularized, for example 2 employees regularized. Anyone whose date has arrived becomes Regular, and the list refreshes.
Running it again is harmless: an employee who has already been regularized is never regularized twice. The change is recorded in the audit trail under your name.
Alert HR this many days before
Type a number of days (0 to 365) in Alert HR this many days before and click Save. Each employee triggers one notification to your HR and admin users that many days before their regularization date. Enter 0 to turn the advance alert off. A confirmation reads Regularization settings saved.
Set the alert early enough to finish the performance review. If no regularization rate is set, the alert says so, which is a good moment to fill it in on the employee's Regularization fields.

How It Connects
Set up first
- Employee Records — the regularization date and the new rate are entered on each employee’s record; only probationary employees appear here.
Feeds into
- Payroll Center — the new rate applies from the regularization date, so payslips from that date use it.
- Payroll Time Keeping — the timesheet reads the active contract, which switches to the regular contract on the regularization date.
