Treasury Dashboard

The Treasury Dashboard is the home screen of the Treasury module. It puts the company's money position on one page: what customers still owe you, what you still owe suppliers, what sits in your bank and cash accounts, and how cash has moved over the last 30 days.

Where to Find It

Click Treasury in the sidebar and choose Dashboard. If your permissions do not include the dashboard, Treasury opens on the first area you can reach instead.

Counter Cards

The cards across the top give the headline numbers:

  • Total Receivable — the amount still outstanding on your sales invoices.
  • Total Payable — the amount still outstanding on your purchase orders.
  • Cash Balance — the combined balance of all your fund accounts.
  • Petty Cash — the combined current balance of all petty cash holders.
  • Overdue Invoices and Pending Liquidations — two more cards that are hidden by default; add them in edit mode (see below).

Widgets

  • Payables Overview — purchase order payment status and totals (paid, outstanding, total, open and closed counts).
  • Receivables Overview — invoice collection status and totals (draft, paid, overdue, cancelled, collected, outstanding).
  • Cash Flow Summary — inflows versus outflows across your fund accounts over the last 30 days.
  • Receivables Graph — invoiced versus collected amounts over the last 30 days.
  • Payables Graph — purchase order amounts versus payments over the last 30 days.
  • Fund Accounts — the balance of every fund account.
  • Top Suppliers — the suppliers with the largest purchase order amounts.
  • Invoice (by client) — clients with their invoice counts and whether they are Unpaid or Overdue.
Tip

If the accounting service cannot be reached, the money widgets show empty values rather than stale figures. Refresh the page after a moment.

Customizing Your Dashboard

The layout is saved per user, so rearranging it never changes anyone else's view.

  1. Enter edit mode
Press F9. An edit bar appears at the bottom.
  2. Rearrange
Drag widgets and cards to reorder them. Add Widget opens the hidden widgets panel; drag one onto the dashboard to show it.
  3. Finish
Done saves, Cancel discards, and Reset restores the default layout.

How It Connects

Gets its data from

  • Fund Account — the Cash Balance card and Fund Accounts widget total the balances of your fund accounts, and the cash flow shows their inflows and outflows.
  • Collection by Invoice — invoices and collections drive Total Receivable, Overdue Invoices and the receivables widgets.
  • Purchase Order — purchase orders and their payments drive Total Payable, the payables widgets and Top Suppliers.
  • Petty Cash Holders — holder balances make up the Petty Cash card.
  • For Liquidation — liquidations waiting for review feed the Pending Liquidations card.
