ANTE User Manual

Repayment Schedule

Treasury → Leased Assets → Repayment Schedule is the company-wide view of every lease period: one row per month per lease, so you can track recurring lease payments and see which ones are paid, overdue or still waiting for a journal. The same schedule is shown for a single lease on the Repayment Schedule tab of its detail page.

Reading the Report

It is a read-only table. Rows come from the schedules that ANTE generated when each lease was activated, so a lease that is still a draft has no rows here. Click a row to open that lease on its Repayment Schedule tab.

Lease
The asset code and name the period belongs to.
#
The period number within the lease.
Due Date
When the payment falls due.
Payment
The scheduled payment for the month.
Interest
The part of the payment that is interest on the liability.
Principal
The part that reduces the liability.
Closing Liability
What is still owed after the payment.
Payment status
Due, Paid or Overdue.
Journal status
Pending, or Posted once the monthly journal is booked.

Filtering

Lease
Pick one lease, or leave on All leases.
Payment status
All payment statuses, Due, Paid or Overdue.
Period dates
Two date pickers that limit the rows to a range of due dates.
Tip

To chase late payments, set the Payment status filter to Overdue. Payments are marked paid from the lease detail page with Record payment, not from this report.

How It Connects

Set up first

  • Leased Assets — a lease must be created and activated before its periods appear here.

Gets its data from

  • Leased Assets — activation generates the schedule rows shown in this report.

Feeds into

  • Lease Journals — the monthly journals that clear the Pending journal status are posted and listed there.
  • Monthly Transition — adds these periods up month by month for the whole portfolio.
