Collection by Client
Collection by Client groups your receivables by client/customer. Each row shows a client's total amount billed (Total Collection) and how much is still owed (Outstanding Balance). Open a client to see the breakdown across all of their projects.
Overview
This view lets you see a client's total receivables exposure in one place. It is most useful when a client has several projects and you want their combined outstanding balance rather than figures for one project at a time.
How to Open
Go to Treasury → Receivables → Collection by Client.
Page Layout
The list page shows your clients in a table with search and a filter.
- Search - Search clients by Client Name or Email
- Filter — With Collections - Choose With Outstanding Balance to show only clients who still owe money (default shows All Clients)
- Clients Table - One row per client
