Collection by Client

Collection by Client groups your receivables by client/customer. Each row shows a client's total amount billed (Total Collection) and how much is still owed (Outstanding Balance). Open a client to see the breakdown across all of their projects.

Overview

This view lets you see a client's total receivables exposure in one place. It is most useful when a client has several projects and you want their combined outstanding balance rather than figures for one project at a time.

How to Open

Go to TreasuryReceivables Collection by Client.

Page Layout

The list page shows your clients in a table with search and a filter.

  • Search - Search clients by Client Name or Email
  • Filter — With Collections - Choose With Outstanding Balance to show only clients who still owe money (default shows All Clients)
  • Clients Table - One row per client

Tips

  • Outstanding Balance in red - A red balance means the client still owes money; a zero balance is shown in muted text.
  • Filter to focus - Use With Outstanding Balance to quickly narrow the list to clients who owe money.
  • Sort to prioritize - Sort by Outstanding Balance to put the largest exposures first.

💡 Note: The client-level view consolidates a client's receivables across all of their projects, so you can see total exposure at a glance.
