Canceled Deliveries shows all deliveries that were cancelled before completion. Use this page to review cancellation history and reasons.

Overview

When a delivery is cancelled, it's moved to this list with the cancellation details. This helps track why deliveries were cancelled and identify issues.

Cancellation Reasons

Common reasons for cancellation:

  • Customer Request - Recipient cancelled order
  • Out of Stock - Items no longer available
  • Address Issue - Delivery address problem
  • Vehicle Problem - Transportation issue
  • Weather - Weather-related delay
  • Supplier Issue - Problem at source
  • Pricing Error - Incorrect pricing
  • Duplicate - Duplicate delivery created

Common Tasks

Viewing Cancellation Details

  1. Find the delivery in the list
  2. Click View Details
  3. Review:
    • Original delivery information
    • Items that were planned
    • Cancellation reason
    • Any related notes

Recreating a Cancelled Delivery

  1. View the cancelled delivery details
  2. Click Recreate Delivery
  3. Review and update information
  4. Submit new delivery

Searching Cancelled Deliveries

  1. Use search box for delivery number
  2. Or filter by:
    • Date range
    • Cancellation reason
    • Source or destination

Exporting Cancellation Data

  1. Set filter criteria
  2. Click Export
  3. Select format
  4. Download report
