Client Memberships allow you to create membership tiers for your customers with different benefits and pricing.

Overview

Set up membership programs to reward loyal customers with discounts, points, or special benefits based on their membership level.

  • Add Membership button - Create new tier
  • Search - Find memberships
  • Memberships Table - List of all tiers

Membership Information

Each membership tier includes:

Common Tasks

Creating a Membership Tier

  1. Click + Add Membership
  2. Fill in details:
    • Name - Tier name
    • Description - What this tier offers
    • Discount - Percentage off (e.g., 10%)
    • Points Multiplier - Extra points (e.g., 2x)
    • Annual Fee - Cost to join
  3. Add benefits
  4. Click Save

Editing a Membership

  1. Find membership in list
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update information
  4. Click Save

Managing Benefits

  1. Open membership tier
  2. Go to Benefits section
  3. Add or remove benefits
  4. Save changes
