Sent Emails

Sent Emails provides a log of all emails sent by the system, useful for troubleshooting and verification.

Overview

View all system-generated emails including notifications, invitations, reports, and alerts. Track delivery status and troubleshoot email issues.

Page Layout

  • Search - Find specific emails
  • Filter - Filter by type, date, status
  • Date Range - Select time period
  • Emails Table - List of sent emails

Common Tasks

Finding Specific Emails

  1. Go to SettingsSystemSent Emails
  2. Use search for recipient or subject
  3. Or filter by type/date
  4. View matching results

Viewing Email Content

  1. Find email in list
  2. Click to open
  3. View:
    • Full content
    • Recipients
    • Attachments
    • Delivery status

Resending an Email

  1. Find email to resend
  2. Click Resend
  3. Confirm resend
  4. New email dispatched

Troubleshooting Failed Emails

  1. Filter by Failed status
  2. Click on failed email
  3. View error message
  4. Common issues:
    • Invalid email address
    • Mailbox full
    • Server rejected
  5. Correct issue and resend
