Wallet Management configures digital wallet features for customer accounts, enabling store credit and prepaid balances.

Overview

Digital wallets allow customers to store funds in their accounts for future purchases, making transactions faster and encouraging repeat business.

Wallet Settings

Setting	Description
Enable Wallets	Turn wallet feature on/off
Minimum Balance	Lowest allowed balance
Maximum Balance	Highest allowed balance
Allow Negative	Permit negative balance
Auto Top-up	Automatic balance reload

Transaction Settings

Setting	Description
Min Top-up	Minimum reload amount
Max Top-up	Maximum per reload
Daily Limit	Daily transaction limit
Expiry	Balance expiration period

Common Tasks

Enabling Wallet Feature

1. Go to Settings → Company → Wallet Management
2. Toggle Enable Wallets on
3. Configure settings
4. Click Save

Setting Balance Limits

1. Open Wallet Management
2. Set Maximum Balance
3. Set Minimum Balance (if any)
4. Save changes

Configuring Top-up Options

1. Go to Top-up Options section
2. Add preset amounts (e.g., ₱500, ₱1000)
3. Enable/disable options
4. Save

Setting Transaction Limits

1. Configure daily/monthly limits
2. Set per-transaction limits
3. Save settings

Wallet Operations

Customers can:

• Top Up - Add funds to wallet
• Pay - Use wallet balance for purchases
• Transfer - Send to another wallet (if enabled)
• Refund - Receive refunds to wallet
• View History - See all transactions

Payment Methods for Top-up

Allow various funding sources:

• Cash
• Credit/Debit Card
• Bank Transfer
• Online Payment
