The Manpower Dashboard is your central hub for human resources and payroll information. It displays key statistics, pending items, and quick access to common HR tasks.

Page Layout

Statistics Cards

  • Active Employees - Total number of active employees
  • Pending Payroll - Payroll runs awaiting processing
  • Attendance Today - Employees who have checked in today
  • Pending Requests - Leave, overtime, and other filing requests

Recent Activity

  • Recent payroll runs
  • New employee additions
  • Attendance updates
  • Request approvals

Quick Actions

  • Process Payroll - Quick access to payroll processing
  • Add Employee - Create new employee record
  • View Attendance - Check today's attendance
  • Review Requests - View pending filing requests

  1. Navigate to ManpowerDashboard
  2. Review key statistics
  3. Check pending items
  4. Use quick actions as needed

Processing Payroll

  1. Click Process Payroll from quick actions
  2. Or navigate to ManpowerPayrollPayroll Center
  3. Follow payroll processing steps

Reviewing Pending Requests

  1. Scroll to Pending Items section
  2. Review leave, overtime, and other requests
  3. Click on request to view details
  4. Approve or reject as appropriate
