Project Warehouses are dedicated storage locations tied to specific projects. They help track inventory allocated to or used by individual projects.
Overview
The Project Warehouse page lists all warehouses associated with projects. Each project can have its own warehouse to track materials, equipment, and supplies used for that project.

Common Tasks
Viewing Project Inventory
- Find the project warehouse in the list
- Click Inventory to see all items allocated to that project
- Review quantities and item details
Transferring Items to Project
- Navigate to Company Warehouse
- Select items to transfer
- Choose the destination project warehouse
- Confirm the transfer
Checking Project Material Usage
- Open the project warehouse
- Click Transactions
- View all items received and consumed by the project

- Regular Updates - Keep project warehouse inventory current
- Track Usage - Monitor material consumption for project cost tracking
- Return Items - Return unused items to company warehouse when project ends
