View comprehensive information about a specific project. Access project data, tasks, documents, and manage project activities.

Overview

The Project Details page provides a complete view of a single project. You can see all project information, manage tasks, track progress, and access project-related dialogs.

Page Layout

Project Header

  • Project Name - Displayed prominently at the top
  • Breadcrumbs - Navigation path (Dashboard → Project List → Project Name)
  • Action Buttons:
    • Work Accomplishment - Record project progress
    • Task Management - Manage project tasks
    • Bill of Quantity - Manage materials and quantities

Project Overview Section

  • Project information summary
  • Key metrics and statistics
  • Project status and timeline
  • Budget information
  • Team members

Project Content

  • Detailed project information

Actions Available

Header Actions

  • Work Accomplishment - Opens Work Accomplishment Dialog
  • Task Management - Opens Task Management Dialog

Project Actions

  • Edit Project - Modify project information
  • Add Task - Create new task for this project
  • Upload Document - Add files to project
  • Add Team Member - Assign team members
  • Update Status - Change project status
  • View Reports - Generate project reports

Dialogs

Bill of Quantity Dialog

Purpose: Manage project materials, quantities, and costs.

How to Open: Click Bill of Quantity button in project header.

Features:

  • Add materials and items
  • Set quantities and units of measure
  • Enter unit costs
  • Calculate total costs
  • Organize by categories
  • Export BOQ to PDF or Excel
  • Print BOQ

Fields:

  • Item Code - Material/item identifier
  • Description - Item description
  • Unit - Unit of measure (pcs, kg, m, etc.)
  • Quantity - Required quantity
  • Unit Price - Cost per unit
  • Total - Automatically calculated

Actions:

  • Add Item - Add new material/item
  • Edit Item - Modify existing item
  • Delete Item - Remove item
  • Save - Save changes
  • Export - Export BOQ
  • Print - Print BOQ
  • Close - Close dialog

Work Accomplishment Dialog

Purpose: Record and track project progress and accomplishments.

How to Open: Click Work Accomplishment button in project header.

Features:

  • Record work accomplishments
  • Add progress notes and descriptions
  • Upload supporting documents/photos
  • Set completion percentage
  • Track accomplishment dates
  • View accomplishment history

Fields:

  • Date - Date of accomplishment
  • Description - What was accomplished
  • Progress % - Completion percentage
  • Notes - Additional details
  • Attachments - Upload photos or documents
  • Category - Type of accomplishment

Actions:

  • Add Accomplishment - Record new accomplishment
  • Edit - Modify existing entry
  • Delete - Remove accomplishment
  • Upload File - Add supporting documents
  • Save - Save changes
  • Close - Close dialog

Task Management Dialog

Purpose: Manage all tasks related to the project.

How to Open: Click Task Management button in project header.

Features:

  • View all project tasks
  • Create new tasks
  • Update task status
  • Assign team members
  • Set priorities and due dates
  • Filter tasks by status
  • View task details

Task List:

  • Shows all tasks linked to the project
  • Displays task status, assignee, due date, priority
  • Click on task to view details

Actions:

  • Create Task - Add new task to project
  • Edit Task - Modify task information
  • Update Status - Change task status
  • Assign - Assign to team member
  • Delete - Remove task
  • Filter - Filter by status, assignee, priority
  • Close - Close dialog

Common Tasks

Viewing Project Information

  1. Navigate to project from Project List or Dashboard
  2. View project details page
  3. Review all project information

Recording Work Accomplishment

  1. Click Work Accomplishment button
  2. Click Add Accomplishment
  3. Fill in:
    • Date of work
    • Description of what was done
    • Progress percentage
    • Upload photos if needed
  4. Click Save

Managing Project Tasks

  1. Click Task Management button
  2. View all project tasks
  3. Create new tasks or update existing ones
  4. Assign tasks to team members

Creating Bill of Quantity

  1. Click Bill of Quantity button
  2. Click Add Item
  3. Enter material details:
    • Item code and description
    • Unit of measure
    • Quantity needed
    • Unit price
  4. Save item
  5. Repeat for all materials
  6. Export or print when complete

Tips and Best Practices

  • Regular Updates - Update work accomplishments regularly
  • Track Progress - Use progress percentage to monitor completion
  • Document Work - Upload photos and documents as proof of work
  • Manage Tasks - Keep project tasks organized and up-to-date
  • Maintain BOQ - Keep Bill of Quantity current as project progresses
  • Team Communication - Use task comments for team coordination
