User Management (Developer)

Developer-level User Management provides system-wide access to all users across the system.

This page is only accessible to users with developer privileges.

Overview

View and manage all users in the system, including those from all companies in multi-tenant setups.

Page Layout

• Search - Find users globally
• Filter - Filter by company, status
• Users Table - All system users

User Information

Field	Description
User ID	Unique identifier
Username	Login name
Email	Email address
Company	Associated company
Role	User role
Status	Active/Inactive
Last Login	Last access time
Created	Account creation

Common Tasks

Finding a User

1. Go to Developer → System → User Management
2. Use search box
3. Enter username or email
4. View results from all companies

Viewing User Details

1. Click on user
2. View complete profile
3. See activity history
4. View permissions

Resetting User Password

1. Find user
2. Click Reset Password
3. Generate new password
4. Or send reset email
5. Notify user

Impersonating a User

1. Find user
2. Click Impersonate
3. View system as that user
4. Exit impersonation when done

Note: Impersonation is logged for security.

Forcing Logout

1. Find user
2. Click Force Logout
3. User's sessions terminated
4. Must log in again

Bulk Operations

• Export Users - Download user list
• Bulk Status - Change multiple users
• Bulk Delete - Remove multiple users

Tips

• Audit Regularly - Check for unusual accounts
• Monitor Logins - Watch for suspicious activity
• Secure Actions - All changes are logged
• Impersonate Carefully - Only when necessary
