When visitors submit contact forms on your website, submissions appear here for review and response.

- Filter - Filter by status, date

Submission Information
Each submission shows:

| Message | Full message content |
| Date | When submitted |
| Status | New/Read/Responded |
Submission Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Unread submission |
| Read | Viewed but not responded |
| Responded | Reply has been sent |
| Archived | Closed, no action needed |
| Spam | Marked as spam |
Common Tasks
Viewing Submissions
- Go to CMS → Contact Us
- Browse submissions list
- Click to view full message
Marking as Read
- Open submission
- Status automatically changes to Read
- Or manually change status
Responding to Inquiries
- Open submission
- Click Reply
- Compose response
- Send email
- Status changes to Responded
Marking as Spam
- Select submission(s)
- Click Mark as Spam
- Submissions moved to spam
Archiving Submissions
- Select resolved submissions
- Click Archive
- Submissions moved to archive
Exporting Submissions
- Apply filters if needed
- Click Export
- Download as CSV/Excel
Email Response
When replying:
- Response sent to submitter's email
- Copy of response saved
- Timestamp recorded
Tips
- Respond Promptly - Reply within 24-48 hours
- Check Regularly - Monitor for new submissions
- Mark Spam - Keep inbox clean
- Archive Old - Remove clutter
- Track Trends - Note common questions
