The Contact Us section manages contact form submissions received from your website or application.

Overview

When visitors submit contact forms on your website, submissions appear here for review and response.

Page Layout

  • Search - Find submissions
  • Filter - Filter by status, date
  • Submissions Table - List of contact form entries

Submission Information

Each submission shows:

Submission Status

StatusMeaning
NewUnread submission
ReadViewed but not responded
RespondedReply has been sent
ArchivedClosed, no action needed
SpamMarked as spam

Common Tasks

Viewing Submissions

  1. Go to CMSContact Us
  2. Browse submissions list
  3. Click to view full message

Marking as Read

  1. Open submission
  2. Status automatically changes to Read
  3. Or manually change status

Responding to Inquiries

  1. Open submission
  2. Click Reply
  3. Compose response
  4. Send email
  5. Status changes to Responded

Marking as Spam

  1. Select submission(s)
  2. Click Mark as Spam
  3. Submissions moved to spam

Archiving Submissions

  1. Select resolved submissions
  2. Click Archive
  3. Submissions moved to archive

Exporting Submissions

  1. Apply filters if needed
  2. Click Export
  3. Download as CSV/Excel

Email Response

When replying:

  • Response sent to submitter's email
  • Copy of response saved
  • Timestamp recorded

Tips

  • Respond Promptly - Reply within 24-48 hours
  • Check Regularly - Monitor for new submissions
  • Mark Spam - Keep inbox clean
  • Archive Old - Remove clutter
  • Track Trends - Note common questions
