Relationship Owners are team members assigned to manage relationships with companies and deals.

Overview

Assigning relationship owners:

  • Ensures accountability for each account
  • Prevents duplicate efforts
  • Clarifies who to contact
  • Enables performance tracking

Page Layout

  • Assign Owner button - Assign new owner
  • Search - Find by owner or company
  • Filter - Filter by team, department
  • Owners Table - List of assignments

Each assignment shows:

Common Tasks

Assigning a Relationship Owner

  1. Click + Assign Owner
  2. Select:
    • Owner - Team member
    • Company - Company to assign
  3. Click Assign

Changing Ownership

  1. Find the current assignment
  2. Click Reassign
  3. Select new owner
  4. Add reassignment reason
  5. Click Save

Viewing Owner's Portfolio

  1. Click on owner name
  2. View all assigned companies
  3. See associated deals
  4. Review performance metrics

Owner Responsibilities

Relationship owners typically:

  • Manage all communication with the company
  • Own associated deals
  • Update company information
  • Build and maintain relationships
  • Report on account status
  • Coordinate internal resources

Performance Tracking

Monitor owner performance by:

  • Number of deals closed
  • Total revenue generated
  • Win/loss ratio
  • Average deal size
  • Time to close
