Super Admin Promotion

Super Admin Promotion allows authorized users to grant or revoke super administrator privileges.

Super Administrators have full system access without restrictions. Use this carefully to manage who has complete control.

Super Admin access should be:

• Limited - Only essential personnel
• Audited - Track who has access
• Protected - Prevent unauthorized promotion

• Promote User - Add super admin
• Demote - Remove super admin status

Super Admin Capabilities

Super Admins can:

• Access all modules
• Modify any data
• Change any settings
• Manage all users
• Override workflows
• Access developer tools

Common Tasks

Promoting to Super Admin

1. Go to Settings → System → Super Admin Promotion
2. Click Promote User
3. Search and select user
4. Confirm promotion
5. User now has super admin access

Demoting Super Admin

1. Find user in super admin list
2. Click Demote
3. Confirm removal
4. User returns to normal role

Viewing Super Admin List

1. Open Super Admin Promotion
2. View all users with super admin status
3. See when they were promoted
4. See who promoted them
