The CRM Media Library stores files and documents related to your sales activities.

Overview

Use the Media Library to:

  • Store sales materials
  • Share documents with team
  • Attach files to deals
  • Organize CRM-related content

Page Layout

  • Upload button - Add new files
  • Search - Find files
  • Filter - Filter by type, date
  • Folders - Organize files
  • Files Grid/List - Display files

File Types

Common files stored here:

  • Proposals - Sales proposals
  • Presentations - Sales decks
  • Contracts - Agreement documents
  • Product Info - Product materials
  • Case Studies - Success stories
  • Pricing - Price lists and quotes

Common Tasks

Uploading Files

  1. Click Upload
  2. Select files from your computer
  3. Choose destination folder
  4. Click Upload

Creating Folders

  1. Click New Folder
  2. Enter folder name
  3. Click Create

Attaching to Deals

  1. Open a deal
  2. Go to attachments section
  3. Select from Media Library
  4. Or upload new file
  5. Save

Searching Files

  1. Use the search box
  2. Type filename or keyword
  3. View matching results
  4. Click to open or download

File Management

Viewing Files

  • Click to preview
  • Download to your computer
  • Share with team members

Organizing

  • Create folders by client
  • Organize by document type
  • Use consistent naming

Deleting

  1. Select file
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

Tips

  • Organize Early - Create folder structure upfront
  • Consistent Naming - Use clear file names
  • Version Control - Note versions in filename
  • Clean Up - Remove outdated files
  • Use for Deals - Attach relevant files to deals
