Template ID Management allows you to design and manage student ID card templates.
Overview
Create custom ID card templates with your school's branding, student information fields, and QR codes for scanning.

- Add Template button - Create new template
- Templates List - Available templates

Template Information
Each template includes:

Common Tasks
Creating a Template
- Click + Add Template
- Configure settings:
- Name - Template name
- Size - Card dimensions
- Design front:
- Add school logo
- Position student photo
- Add text fields
- Place QR code
- Design back (optional)
- Click Save
Editing a Template
- Find template in list
- Click Edit
- Modify design
- Preview changes
- Save
Setting Default Template
- Find desired template
- Click Set as Default
- This template used for new IDs

QR Code Settings
Configure QR code to encode:
- Student ID only
- Student ID + Name
- Custom data

- School Branding - Include logo and colors
- Clear Photo - Large, visible photo area
- Essential Info - Include key identification
- QR Placement - Easy to scan position
- Test Print - Print samples first
