Some collections require review before being confirmed. This could be for verification, approval, or reconciliation purposes.

Review Reasons

Collections may be flagged for review due to:

Common Tasks

Reviewing a Collection

  1. Click on item to review
  2. Examine details:
    • Payment information
    • Related invoices
    • Discrepancies noted
  3. Investigate if needed
  4. Take action

Approving a Collection

  1. Open item
  2. Verify information is correct
  3. Click Approve
  4. Collection moves to completed

Rejecting a Collection

  1. Open item
  2. Note issues found
  3. Click Reject
  4. Add rejection reason
  5. Follow up as needed

Reassigning Review

  1. Select item
  2. Click Reassign
  3. Select team member
  4. Add notes
  5. Confirm reassignment
